Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins

Does DD give and IQ test for its owners or employees. This place is always filthy and they always get the orders wrong read everyone’s post not mine. These people should be caring for goats in the dessert not serving Americans coffee and breakfast.

Its a donut and coffee shop…
yet every time I visit and the manager is working… its a horrible experience. He is rude with his employees and puts the customer on the spot (like I am rushing him even though no one might be behind me). If it wasn’t the most convenient coffee place around I wouldn’t go.

Worse dunkin donuts in the world. they never get any order right ever even the simple ones, they always find a way to mess it up somehow

I get ice cream or espressos here before I head out to the beach for the day. Hooray for the ice cream, big wide eyes for the espresso – it looked like a double shot to me for the price of one. Staff is sweet. I love seeing the locals sipping coffee and reading the newspaper here.

Poor Sam. Only Sam. No one to help him. He was making shakes, taking money, scooping ice cream, taking money, decorating cakes, taking money., serving donuts, taking money, making coffee, taking money. I asked him why he wasn’t wearing gloves in between touching the money and serving the food and he said“I’m not touching the food.” I told him that was disgusting and he shouted, «I’m not touching the food.» Technically he was right. He was touching the paper that he grabbed the donuts with and touching the scoop but not the ice cream, etc. I doubt the board of health would agree with him. I am surprised his boss would agree with him. I won’t be back. It was disgusting!

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin I’ve been to, EVER.
I’ve been living in Rockaway Park for over a year now and we frequent this Dunkin 1−2x a week. The staff (with the exception of ONE guy) doesn’t know the difference between cream and milk, my husband almost always has to send back his iced coffee because it’s served to him WHITE… And every time I tell these morons NOT to put sugar in my fancy drinks (iced caramel latte, mocha almond iced coffee) they do. Boy, there’s nothing like crunchy granules of sugar in a drink that doesn’t need sugar to begin with… Disgusting, and NOT what I ordered!
They often run out of stuff (rolls/​croissants) before 10am, make sloppy sandwiches (I like the cheese IN the sandwich), and seriously, why even offer munchkins when you only have 2 flavors?!
I f***ing hate this place and today after another sugar (and cream) incident I told hubby we’re done. I can’t give these idiots my money anymore.

I just gave them another chance… It’s 10am on a Sunday and this dunkin has no coffee favors left and no bread for sandwiches… Photo coming… I was told I need to come earlier. This place needs to shut down! Worst!

How is it that the donuts are stale at 7:30 am?

not a bad dunkin donuts but definitely not the best its clean and friendly enough but located on dirty b116th street. so you can almost expect to be harassed for money at the front door by some vagrant I’d suggest going to the one a short drive away on b129th

Wait… iced coffee… and peanut butter and chocolate ice cream under the same roof? Uh hello heaven, I believe you misplaced one of your stores.
Yeah my fat belly loves to go in here when I am down in the Rockaways for a lazy summer day. I always get good service and like the place. It is located a few feet from the beach, so it is a great stop to make before or after a day of hanging out on the sand.
