Target Optical

I was a LensCrafters snob until I took my daughter 3 times and she couldn’t find anything she liked. Didn’t help that the customer service was subpar. And then I found out about Target optical. I was skeptical but now I’m a believer. Rada went above and beyond and offered to repair my daughter’s glasses and did a darn good job too! Prices were affordable and the styles were the same and better than what was at LensCrafters. I will recommend this Target optical to everyone!

This is a shout out for Dr. Chen and the Target Optical staff. Thank you so much for making my appointment incredibly easy due to your office’s efficiency and customer service. In one hour, not only were my check-​up and contact order complete, but I also ended up buying a new pair of glasses. Dr. Chen provided a great exam, we talked extensively about my eyes, the best choices for contacts and glasses, and he patiently answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel rushed by Dr. Chen or his assistant.
When I mentioned possibly coming back for glasses, the Target staff pointed me to their clearance area and gave me a total cost of for both the frame and the lens for a pair that I found there. I should mention that they have great designer selections in both their regular price and clearance areas.
They understood and quickly applied what my insurance covered, and the resulting cost was peanuts compared to other providers. My insurance doesn’t cover the cost of both new glasses and contacts in one year, so buying both the contacts and new glasses might have cost a pretty penny. But the cost was very low! The staff identified a rebate for the contacts and applied it immediately as well.

I was skeptical as well, but they had a huge selection of designer ware from coach, dkny, vogue, ax, etc. I found a nice pair of glasses and sunglasses. Couldn’t be more pleased with prices or selection. Check them out for sure!

This Target Optical is truly the best. I’ve always dreaded shopping for glasses because of the pushy staff and the upsells, until I happened to come here. I’ve purchased multiple pairs of glasses from this location over the last few years and have no plans to go anywhere else in the future.
To say I’m indecisive is an understatement, and the entire team has been nothing but patient with me over repeated visits, letting me browse uninterrupted for hours and giving an honest opinion when asked. They worked with me and my insurance to get me an insane deal on my glasses and prescription sunglasses. You can even use your Red Card for an extra 5% off! I’ve called them with numerous questions and even switched out the lenses on my Ray-​Ban sunglasses, and it all went flawlessly with the highest level of customer service.
I have nothing but compliments for Rada and the rest of her staff.

My husband and I both come here for our glasses and contacts. Great selection of glasses, super helpful staff. This place is highly recommended! If they don’t have your contacts in stock they will mail them to you, which is a bonus. If you have a Target card you can use it to get your 5% off also!

The first time I visited, I have to admit, I was skeptical of the offerings at a Target place. Then I met Rada. She is truly the best when it comes to customer service and she knows her frames. She also knows what will look good on your face shape. Truly. Go see her. She’s amazing and super friendly.
Target also has great sales on frames and lenses that often beat my insurance prices.
