We’ve been through 3 cycles of glasses as still feel the same about Dr. T and this establishment.

I left my glasses in a hotel and figured I was due for a checkup and a new pair. As it is close by, I looked up this place online and saw that it had fairly good reviews. It’s not the fanciest optometrists office, but the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The Dr. was great and it was a fairly quick process. Their selection of frames is limited, but I was able to find a pair that worked.

This place is awful. We walked in to get a small correction on a pair of glasses and they broke the glasses. The person who could fix them came in 20 minutes late to work. The whole time they just made us sit in a chair without giving us any updates. The most unprofessional place we’ve ever been to.

I came in because a close friend recommended it. And since then I haven’t gone any where else. Granted it’s a little out of the way for me since I live in Springfield but they are really that great! Dr. Trieu is so friendly and approachable, she instantly put you at ease. It’s quite comforting to know you are in good hands. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful whether you are trying to order contacts or glasses. I’m normally not one to wear glasses at all but due to extenuating circumstances I had to get a pair and they made the proccess so easy. Because trust me the choices and options are quite overwhelming. They will work with your Healthcare plans here and if you don’t have one they ate more than happy to go over your options and help you stay within whatever your budget permits. I highly recommend coming here if you live in this area and even if you don’t they are worth the drive.

Today was my first visit to True Eyecare. I was very happy with my service; the team was kind, prompt, and helpful. Dr. Trieu fit that description as well as being very informative and professional. I walked out with my new glasses with only a few minute wait, which has never happened in all my years of purchasing glasses! Overall, I was very impressed. I plan to go back and definitely recommend True Eyecare to others.

I found this business by accident, when I was visiting a cleaner next door. It is located in a small strip mall across from the Dominion Hills pool. I had lost my glasses and was leaving on a trip. Dr. My-​Hahn Trieu gave me an exam, and they then made a new pair of glasses on the spot, for $ 99 including the frame and the lens. A few months later I returned with a problem with one of temples. I take my glasses on-​and-​off frequently, and they take a fair amount of punishment. Dr. Trieu gave me a new frame, free on the 1 year warranty, and I was out of the shop in a couple of minutes. I highly recommend you consider this place for eye exams. The selection of new frames is not huge, but in my case, I found a pair I liked for a good price, and had everything done in less than an hour.
