I’ve tried Iceberry, Yogiberry, FroZenYo, Tangysweet, Pinkberry, and SnoCreamery.(Well, I guess SnoCreamery doesn’t count as fro-yo.) I prefer Pinkberry’s taste, but my wallet prefers the price structure of the yogurt-by-weight places more. Sweet Frog offer flavors similar to FroZenYo, such as cheesecake or pomegranate. I usually keep it simple with 2 flavors and strawberry and mochi. My little brother always makes hot mess fro-yo – think cap’n crunch and fruity pebbles – it always looks like a unicorn pooped in his cup. So as you can see, Sweet Frog offers a variety of flavors and toppings for their most discerning customers. Plus, they have Keroppi-lookalikes for their logo. This establishment is also very clean. Free parking in the garage, too! How can you resist?

Hands down the best froyo spot in the area. Delicious flavor selection(cake batter is a must), great selection of toppings, clean equipment/store, and consistently good customer service. I’ve never had a problem with parking because there is a big(free!) garage right next to the store. My only suggestion is for the addition of a water dispenser for customers. The staff is always more than happy to grab a cup of water from the back, but an accessible water jug would make it easier for everyone.

This is an OK version of the overdone concept of do it yourself frozen yogurt place. The parking is in an underground garage next door and it is free. One thing I noticed about this place is you have to ask for sample cups, vs. other places giving them out freely. My favorite is the Mango flavored yogurt and I like how it is very clean and the employees are always nice. Though if it is a high school kid and their friends stop in, they might do more gossiping than work. If the owner(older asian women) is around, then there is no messing around. I wish they would serve some drinks besides bottled water for the times my child wants to get Froyo, but I am not in the mood.

Today I was on the hunt for some nice frozen yogurt. First timer at Sweet Frog and I loved my experience! Service: the owners of this service were warm and helpful and put smiles on their faces the minute we walked in. Price: $ 3 – 5 that’s not too bad for froyo in the DMV area, Parking: a bit of a hassle, but it is in the city. Cleanliness: very nice and clean! Yogurt: very good! Lots of flavors to choose from: cake batter, cheesecake, chocolate, etc. Lots of toppings to choose from: the strawberry poppers were awesome! I’m coming back again Sweet Frog! :D The yogurt cups were even cute, with frogs all over them!

I love this location– it’s always spotless, there’s not a bad line, and the staff is friendly and great! I don’t like any other FC fro-yo places besides this one. Their yogurt is delish and they always have fresh toppings. Parking in the garage is a huge pain, but if you park on the street it’s fine. Love it here!

I love this Sweet Frog. To begin, the owners always have a smile on their faces meanwhile providing exceptional customer service. Another good thing is that this particular shop is always super clean. The location of it is superb because it’s right in the heart of other restaurants and stores and one can sit outside or inside. Finally, they ALWAYS have all of the flavors and toppings available.

It’s clean, the decorations are cute, and the toppings are plentiful. Parking is a pain but that’s my sole complaint. Nomnomnomnom!

Clean and nice yogurt shop. Pretty typical to most yogurt shops like this. Parking is a challenge but if you live in the city, it is a great place to walk to on a summer day.

Parking is a little bit of a hassle at this location, but it’s like every other sweet frog. Yummy yogurt with yummy toppings. My favorites are mango, strawberry poppers, and mochi. If you have the app, they send out random deals throughout the day. I spend an average of $ 3 per visit, so it’s a nice snack, or a fun place to sit around to chat with friends that is NOT coffee.

Sweet Frog has a good variety of flavors and topping(even all the syrups)! The toppings were fresh and it was reasonably priced. Parking it also plentiful. In sum, Sweet Frog is pretty sweet.

I’m just a sucker for these kind of froyo places. This won’t be incredibly useful or helpful, because if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. Standard selection of flavors although I was hoping and didn’t see Taro. Will hopefully be back.

Not super impressed with some of the staff at this particular Sweet Frog location. Some of the young ladies working at this Sweet Frog shop appear to be more interested in gossiping and being catty than they are in doing their job. If the owner of this franchise reads this review, feel free to contact me for additional feedback.

Self service yogurt with lots of toppings. Tasty, but not sure it’s worth the hype.

Shoulder shrug. The novelty is what Sweet Frog is banking on. Lots of people really get their kicks with self service, DIY, pile it on style. Myself, it makes me nervous because I once bought a $ 40 bag of M&Ms from the store in Vegas, but I digress… Anyway, in my hungry opinion, you can’t get away with that if your actual yogurt is watery and grainy. Have some Pinkberry and then some Sweet Frog and you’ll know what I mean. Plenty of flavors to choose from, but Sweet Frog is missing a richness and quality in their yogurt and trying to make up for it with toppings. So its okay, but not amazing.
