I’ve had countless problems with this practitioner but because he is very well-​known in the Vietnamese community, my mom won’t go to any other doctor.
First problem. I had gone here for a TB shot since I was planning to study abroad. I was negative and he wrote me a memo saying so. Then I needed my TB record for my medical records to give to my university. His handwriting must have been very sloppy because he wrote me down as being positive and having a large bump. Due to his office’s negligence, I had to go to another doctor and get the shot again (where I still had a negative result).
Second problem. Every time I come here they always find another thing wrong with me that I didn’t come in for. It’s either another vaccine or another blood test that I need. So I got a blood test and a week later I got a huge surprise in the mail. The lab sent me the full bill even though the doctor office already scanned my insurance information and everything. So I had to call the lab to give them the correct information.
Third problem. One time I came here because I was sick and my mom went with me. My mom was feeling sick too and asked him to check her up. He said that she would have to make her own appointment and didn’t even give her the time of day. Are you kidding me? I’m sure we waited a few hours for you and you can’t take another fifteen minutes to look at my mom? That’s pretty low.
This place continuously keeps making mistakes and they just don’t care. With or without an appointment, expect to wait a couple extra hours to see the doctor and even then he’ll only see you for a few minutes.
For some reason, a lot of older Vietnamese people really like going here because he’s supposedly «really good» but I don’t see how with all of the trouble that I’ve gotten from him and his office.
