Fernando Design & Construction

Fernando and his company completely remodeled our entire kitchen and living area, made improvements to our attached porch, and updated our homes electrical system. Previously our living and kitchen area were divided and cramped, this was changed to a modern and open floor plan. Our kitchens working area was effectively doubled, while the addition of an island and central fireplace provided a natural division between rooms. We are very happy with the outcome and results.
We have worked with several contractors over the years (we have an old house), and thought that Fernando was very friendly and easy to work with. Fernando had an excellent eye for the small details that mattered and he was very good at walking us through every step of the renovation while being attentive to our input and desires. Fernando was very good about giving us multiple plans and great ideas, we felt we could trust in his experience and opinion (based off the work he had previously done on a friends house), and ended up very impressed with the results.
The contractors that came to our home were very good about cleaning up the bulk of any mess they made, protecting the furniture, and generally making the place livable while the renovation was going on.
