Don’t hire them to clean your carpets if you’re moving out, especially if you’re a military family. We originally called and scheduled a June 30^th cleaning. When we found out the moving company couldn’t do the job the end of June, I called Tony to notify him of the change. Tony advised instead of calling him that I go on their website and send a message to them of the new date needed for carpet cleaning once we got our dates with the moving company confirmed. He assured me that they check their website messages frequently. Once the dates were confirmed (new date being July 8^th) I followed his suggestion and sent them a message via their website messaging system. I received no call back of confirmation of the date change. A few days prior I called instead of sending them a message through their website to confirm they received my message of new date and received no reply. Called again on July 7^th and no call back. Lo and behold, they didn’t show up on the morning of the 8^th and as a result our landlord had to hire someone and deduct the amount from our security deposit since we were moving from NOVA to WA state.
Not worth the hassle to hire them for move-​out cleaning since they’re unreliable and unprofessional. On a side note, if you’re going to use your personal mobile number as your business number, then you shouldn’t answer the call with a flat «hello». Very unprofessional and leads you to initially believe you misdialed the number.

Very poor customer service! I booked a carpet cleaning date several weeks in advance and they gave me a 3 hour window of when they would arrive. On the day of service, after waiting 3.5 hours, they still had not shown up so I called the company. The manager said that the crew had gotten held up, but would come as soon as possible (they did not bother to call and notify me). After waiting another hour they finally arrived — at this point we had been waiting almost 5 hours for them. They cleaned the carpets, did an average job. I would not recommend this company; they were very late and are not reliable.

Terrible! Cancelled at the last minute when I booked more than a week in advance. Huge inconvenience as it will be hard to get another company on such short notice and I have to give the keys to the landlord tomorrow. The guy gave me some half baked excuse that the staff person who was supposed to do the cleaning was in an accident and I realized after that he must have made that up because instead of offering me another appointment/​solution he immediately suggested that I find another vendor! Who does that?
I think they didn’t value the business because I found them on groupon and they figured they would not be losing a big sale anyway. But why be on groupon if you’re not trying to build loyal customers? Now all they managed to do was create bad publicity for themselves and didn’t even make a penny of profit. Way to go Cascade.
