McDonald’s

Apparently everyone isn’t loving this mcdonalds location from what I can tell from other reviews but I’ll be honest everytime I’ve been there my fries have always been fresh, the staff has been very nice (the other day when I ordered through drive thru the man who took my order even told me as I paid at the window he put fresh fries down for me so it would be a minute or two, which was awesome.) Also they are always very quick and always ask if i would like them to throw ketchup in the bag. As for people basically complaining because it’s not exactly gourmet food do you realize your at mcdonalds? Lol what exactly do you expect?

I’ve come here a couple times since moving into town and have been disappointed every time. Once I went through drive thru, no one told me to stop at the first window and no one was there (it was an odd time of day) so I drove to the 2^nd window, when the guy finally opened the window he rudely asked why I didn’t pay at the first window. I replied no one was there. He turned and told the manager (window still open) and she starts trash talking me! Over a simple mistake?! I gave her the eye and made sure my food wasn’t spit on. Then this time my husband ran through the drive thru to get himself a tea and me an iced coffee, he comes home and hands me a cup that was a little over half full and not even stirred. I worked fast food for almost 4 years so I try not to be difficult but it’s just not worth going there. Thanks anyways!

Went in to check out the place for the first time ever. I was impressed with the modern new look. When I got to the front I looked for a menu, there was TV screens with what appeared to be a menu, but I didn’t see any of the menu items meals or names that are usually supposed to be there. Young woman asked me if I was ready and I told her I was looking for a menu, if they had one. She replied with a look that I felt expressed that it was obvious and she wanted to ask me «are you stupid or something!?». I let the person behind me go ahead of me so I could continue to explore this so called high tech «menu». Only saw happy meals, fries, drinks, and dollar menu on there. I hadn’t been here in a while n wanted to see what they had besides a Big Mac, but I didn’t see any burgers listed. Did McDonalds expand their secret menu to be everything besides happy meals and Dollar Menu items? Or maybe they expect me to already know all their menu items by memory before I step in the door, or maybe they want me to ask them what they have and want to go over their menu by word of mouth with me? I left, somewhat confused and angry, across the street to Carl’s Jr. Where they have their menu items displayed on an old school restaurant display board. It was quick, easy, and the young employees here are actually real good with their customer service. Alas, rant over.

I love mc Donald’s. Food is always good. I am always happy with it. I didn’t get an ice cream. Regretting it already.

I recently visited your store at 1050 s Main Ave Fallbrook CA 92 028. really I feel customer service is lacking very much at this location. They are very rude, and on top of that you don’t always get what you order at the drive thru. This has happened on numerous occasions and I never complained. But I am fed up with it. This morning I ordered food in the drive thru and I asked what kind of smoothies you have and stead getting my question answered, the guy at the microphone laugh with a sarcastic way about it and raced his voice like saying «IT’S IN THE MENU». I usually won’t say anything but my daughter was next to me and I feel so embarrassed in front of my daughter. I feel that I’m not alone on this. You tread people like nothing, because you know that one way of another you always will make money with or without my business. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG. I told my daughter that we will going to drive somewhere else and get breakfast because if I complained probably I will get something bad on my food and treated bad again.
I know there are some days that employees have a bad day, but for it to happen as often as it does, you have a problem there. I’ve always eaten at your restaurants, but I can go else where and get treated better than I do here.

Worse service I ever had if you can even say that. I was there for 5 min no one greeted or acknowledge me of the 3 people working the front. It would of been ok of the where busy but no was was ordering but only one car in the drive thru. I wouldn’t recommend I rather go across the street to carls Jr or to jack in the box down the street then go to this place again

This place is a 99% guarantee that they will get your order wrong. Always check before you leave if your going through drive through.

I expected more. I know the old restaurant had issues with the shake machine never working, but thought that after sinking thousands of dollars into this new location, they would at least get a new machine. NOPE. Also it seems that being closed for a month and a half meant all of their staff that had any training quit and now the only people working here are untrained and have the slightest idea about customer service. Never a manager in sight the 3 times I have visited. Who’s running this place?

Two stars only because of the new clean location! Poorly managed, workers do not understand customer service. From a company that set the standard for consistency — this McDonalds is anything but consistent. In fact the best way to describe this location is that it is consistently inconsistent!

Their chicken nuggets are refried, I could taste the stale taste of old reused oil. It was soaked with oil and you could see the darkness of the oil sitting on top. Even the fries don’t taste fresh. I literally saw them just fry it, but when you use old oil, it doesn’t do it any good. I felt discussing after and during. No one should ever serve food like that ever !
