McDonald’s

The first five min I walked in I watched two different parties wipe off there own tables as our table was also filthy. We ordered a large order of fries and it took 15 min for them to finally serve it to us. This place is garbage. And as we watched closer there was an employee who was handling the cash register and then turned around and went right back to touching food with out washing his hands. This place is so unacceptable on so many levels. I do not even feel comfortable going through the drive through know they aren’t washing there hands. We’ve been here for about thirty min and not one employee has washed their hands. As we sit here and watch one of the girls put down the mop went to the cash register and then handled food and went right back to mopping. I know it’s McDonalds but it’s still Food that you are handling and this place needs to raise there standards

Please update your hours on the website! 9:00 pm and closed, however website says 24 hours…

Lets see, place a simple order. I was told to wait in a parking spot, told the guy in the drive thru window to give me extra ketchup, was given my receipt, 2 ketchup packs, missing 2 cheese burgers, and they want 15.00 bucks an hour!!! Worse Mc Donalds!

The new McDonalds is definitely WORSE than the old one. The access is lousy and the colors inside horrible. And the burger I got was about as good as the sole of my shoe. Attention to details? Nope. Before ordering I asked the lady if they could equal the quality of an In and out burger? She gave me a. blank look! Hah? I’ and falmily

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! I ordered the same thing every time we went for like three months and without fail it was always messed up. It wasn’t difficult, a wrap with no tomato and add pickle. Always tomato and never pickle. Such a disappointment. They also always mess up my husbands iced caramel coffee. A waste of money if they get your order wrong.

First time I went to this location, the girl who collected my money was a straight up b****. I complained about her to the manager. Does that make me the b****? … Anyway.
The location is dirty, they never have ice cream (a girl needs her cheap ice cream fix once in a while, people!!!), and the place just needs a flippin’ makeover.
I will only go to this location in times of extreme desperation. Otherwise, I’m driving my hormonal ass to Temecula.

Unfortunately I have to give one star again. Went there the other night for a parfait, pretty simple, right? How on earth could they mess up that up. I was given a cup full of yogurt nothing else. No fruit, no nuts, nada. That’s it, won’t be going here anymore.

Out of coffee? Really?!? The kicker was also being out of pancake syrup. At 7am. And the truck doesn’t come until tomorrow.

Staff are friendly enough, but I don’t know why they put up with that negative group that take up roost with a cup of coffee and opine loudly –all-​day-​long…
If you’ve been here more than once, you know who I mean.

I can say their customer service has improved since the many precious visits. From what I heard through the grapevine that this location will be closed once the new one is built.
I’m always pleased with my order of coffee, it’s pretty tasty. The expedite of the orders from the drive thru varies and I have too say I’ve been in the line when it was way too long of a wait. Thank goodness the food was nice and hot.
