Dunkin’ Donuts

If half of a star was an option here, I don’t even know if I would choose that one. This has to be the worst establishment I’ve ever visited for what you would think would be a very simple, modification– free order. I go through in the mornings most of the time, since I live about 5 miles from this location and I absolutely love dunkins coffee. 75% of the time they are understaffed, and the other 25% when they have plenty of workers, i still find myself waiting at the drive thru for 7 to 8 minutes or having to pull around for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I’ll order one thing and get something completely opposite. When I am in a bit of a rush in the mornings this is not how I want to start my day, I mean, America runs on Dunkin right? Please tell me the rest of America isn’t experiencing this problem?

Bad customer service. I ordered a double cream coffee and received a plain coffee. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was hard as a rock, felted like it was microwaved for a few secs. I will no longer come to this location.

Well, I’ve bought donuts there twice later in the day and both times they were very, very stale. If they’re only going to make donuts in the morning they should consider closing earlier.

Now THIS Dunkin Donuts is my very favorite! I have to drive to Memphis and Jackson for work a lot and I ALWAYS make this my stop for my favorite coffee in the world. I also have had the turkey sausage/​egg white flatbread many times and it’s very good. Bonus points because they are quick, efficient and as friendly as all get out.
