This is our neighborhood Pizza Hut, unfortunately. Most times we have few issues with the quality of the food, however the service here is absolutely awful. It has the worst service of any place I have been to. Any time we order delivery it takes any where from 60 to 90 minutes to get our food. One time they quoted us it would be 45 minutes and it actually showed up 75 minutes later. I called to complain about the wait, and they were not too concerned. They also did not attempt to appease us. I gave this a rating of 2 stars only because the quality is not horrible and they are much quicker for carry-​out.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never return to Pizza Hut if this is how their workers are trained to act. I picked up my order and it was not ready so I waited until they were finished. While waiting an employee who was working the front counter who’s name tag stated she was the general manger sound aloud «I need to go or I’ll hit somebody» they are either over worked or hate their job with a passion. They need help.

What a disappointment Pizza Hut has been for our family. It is definitely not the same Pizza Hut I remember growing up. I don’t know what they’re doing (probably cutting corners to save cost) but their deep dish pizza has been such a disappointment that I refuse to go back.
I have noticed the quality, and taste of their product declining for years, and it’s sad to see an old favorite flameout, but I’m not willing to waste any more money waiting for them to get it right, when they already had it right, but messed it up.
If I’m going to eat takeout pizza it’s going to be little Caesars from now on. The consistent quality has earned my trust and business!

We used to order delivery from here in a regular basis, but a couple years ago their food quality dropped off and we quit. The wings used to be coated with sauce but the past few times we ordered them they were dry. It’s as though they dipped them in sauce, then drained it all off before packaging them for delivery. Our pizzas since the same time have been and looked like they had been setting. I have picked up calzones here and they are good. I wouldn’t get the pizzas or wings from this Pizza Hut though. I’ve had them from others during this time and was satisfied with them, so the problem is with this particular place.

The food is what you would expect from this chain, however, the employees where smoking outside the front door as I walked in to pick up my order. At least it was carry out.
