Beyond terrible. If I could leave negative stars I would. I took my iPhone here to get the cracked screen replaced. After numerous times calling and always going to voicemail I took my phone in. They didn’t have the part had to wait 3 days for it to come in. After repair the thumbprint sensor didn’t work. I tried upgrading my IOS to the latest version and it errored out saying problem with the hardware. I cracked the screen again and after calling several times to only get voicemail I took it in and the tech said yep thumb button. Mind you, I cracked the screen not near the thumb button, I’ll have it done for you in a few hours. After trying to inquire status for 3 days(after I was told it would be fixed in a few hours) girl at the front desk finally answers the phone and says we aren’t going to fix it because the screen is damaged and its past warranty. Then I get this big long story about how they changed owners etc. I don’t care I just want my phone fixed. She rudely said sorry there is nothing we can do. When I tried to upgrade my phone with ITunes it bricked my phone. So basically I have a very expensive paperweight. When I went to pick up my phone she just rudely slid it back across the counter to me. Avoid at all cost. Apple knows when your phones parts have been swapped. It might work well for a while but any change from Apple will not work on your phone because of the aftermarket parts.

Had an iPhone 5s screen replaced. Got the phone back after about 6 hours. Screen was loose and when I pushed it back in place it cracked. Took it back and they refused to fix it unless I paid full price again! Won’t be back. Wish I could give them zero stars!

Dropped off my daughters Iphone 6 to have the screen repaired(parts took 1 week to come in). Phone was ready later that evening. Within 5 days, screen separated from frame, called and took it back to have it fixed. 1 week later screen came loose again and cracked from being uneven. They would not fix it, because they said it wasnt their fault. ??? Make sure you read their warranty policy, even if its their fault their repair breaks, they wont cover the parts to fix it.

We dropped off a cell phone with a cracked screen. Was told that it would be ready the next day, it was not — but no big deal it is easy to fall behind. When we did pick it up we did not notice that the screen shows white light around the bottom edge where the screen was not glued down all the way. Took it back and they kept it another 4 or 5 hours then gave it back to us. The next day the screen popped up again in the exact same spot, however, this time it developed a small crack starting in that corner(obviously glass does not bend well!) — took it back and they told me that they would give me the labor to fix it again free and a 10% discount on the screen(about 14.00 off of a 140.00 screen) — they absolutely refused to take ANY responsibility for the screen not being repaired correctly the first time. I would avoid them.

My wife has an LG Optimus cell phone through Sprint and after a particularly nasty accident, the screen cracked and was no longer useable. After consulting Sprint, our options were buying new or the CPR shop they recommended next door. We consulted with CPR and the representative told us it would be $ 140 to replace the screen. We left to talk it over and my wife went back the next day to drop it off, where was informed that it would be $ 150. She pointed out that she was told $ 140 and the rep said, «Well, $ 149.99.» When she pressed him on this discrepancy, he basically shrugged. Against her better judgement, she dropped it off and was told to pick it up by 2. I called later that day around 5:30 and confirmed it was ready. When she got there she was told it wasn’t ready, despite assurances the day before it would be ready by 2. So she left. I called to ask why they told me it was ready and was told that said someone of the same name had an iPad that wasn’t ready, while her phone actually was. Well, then why not confirm which device when she came to pick up? I was told that my wife must have asked for an iPad we’ve never owned. We finally picked up the phone on June 3. On June 4, the phone developed spidery cracks in the top right corner and was chipped and cracked in the bottom left corner. We noticed that the glass itself was not as flat as it had been before the repair and wondered if the installation was incorrect. Then the top left crack spread until there was a vertical and horizontal crack across the screen. I wasn’t able to go back up until today(June 8), when I showed the manager the cracks. He basically told me that we cracked it, so the warranty didn’t cover it. I asked him if it was normal for phones to crack less than a week after they were repaired. Again, he said it was our fault, they used manufacturer’s parts and he could give us a 10% discount to fix it again. I’m sorry, but this was an inferior repair job and I’m not going to pay them for the pleasure of screwing it up again. I submitted this complaint to the BBB an the owner responded by claiming I cursed at a 15-year-old employee(a lie) and that I told him the phone broke in my wife’s purse(a lie). They may use«manufacturer’s parts» as the owner insisted to me repeatedly when I complained, but they sure as hell don’t know how to install them. Do not waste your $ 140 — er, $ 150. Also, be sure to read the other reviews(they say they are«not recommended reviews») and you’ll see other customers have had the same terrible experience.

Lawrence and his team took a Samsung Galaxy that had the front destroyed from a drop and they replaced everything needed — also taking the extra step to send Priority to my son who is in the Navy and out of state. I appreciate that they not only did what they said they could, but went above and beyond that! Thank You CPR!
