Dorian, Worst service on two ice makers I have ever seen! He left the ice makers in worst shape… he even broke the ice make door on top of that! It took him 6 months of many many visits to fix two ice makers, at the end he recognized what a lousy job he’d done so he promised to refund me my money… he never did and he stopped answering my phone calls! So, in sum, Dorian is incompetent, fraudulent and a liar! What more could you ask for in one repair guy. I had to give him a star otherwise I couldn’t publish his review, but he for sure does not deserve and stars.
