Although this location is convenient to my house, I find myself driving out of the way just to avoid the hassle. It does not matter how specific I am with my order, this particular DD screws up my order. In fact, that’s the only thing that this DD seems to be consistent about.
I’ll ask for almond milk, and they will give me regular milk. I will ask for 4 pumps of caramel swirl, and I will get one.
The workers are nice enough. However, I could go there at 2pm on a random weekday and there won’t be a line at the drive thru — but it will still take them 10 minutes before they acknowledge me and ask what I would like.
