I have been going to this place for a few months to get gel nails and was happy with the quality of work but finally could not take the inconsiderate behavior towards clients anymore. I make appointments because my time is valuable. I arrive on time for my appointments because I respect other people’s time. Too often I was made to wait over 15 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. I walked out today after waiting almost 20 minutes past my appointment time. My time is worth something to me but apparently Tiffany’s Nails only cares about making money. I will not return.

I made an appointment, showed up, signed in, sat and waited for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment from any of the 7 or so nail techs who were all working on someone. That’s fine. What isn’t fine is taking 4 people who came in after me, with no appointment, no explanation, simply because they were clearly regulars. I was trying a new place, and if it was good, would’ve become my regular spot, but this won’t be. It reeked in there as well, and the shopping center it’s in is trashy and the parking lot is terrible.

Best nail place I have ever been to. Sadly I don’t live in the area anymore but whenever I’m back in town to visit family I always try to make time for a gel manicure or pedicure here. Very good attention to detail and not expensive! I don’t go to the same tech each time either, but everyone I’ve had seems to be great at their job.

Ive been a client here for over 7 years and won’t go any where else for my refills, predicures or waxings. I absolutely love this place! The employees treat you great, Its amazing service for the prices and if you are nice to the employees they are nice to you. Obviously, if you treat anyone with a bad attitude they aren’t going to talk to you. But I’ve seen tiffanys employees try to make a person’s day better, and still be treated horribly. They employees and customer service is great. And I always leave happy with my nails!!!

Definitely not worth the money. The two girls we had basically half assed the job. The water for our pedi was cold and my polish is all over my fingers. I could have done a better job myself if I had the materials to do gel nails.

I have been coming to Tiffany’s for over 12 years. I usually request Tracy or Mary and I get a gel refill and pedicure every two weeks.
Every one here is super friendly and does a great job. The place is always spotless and Don (the owner) is always improving the facilities.

I came here with my friend on a recommendation, we had an appointment. I never made an appt to get my nails done and this place it seemed like everyone had one. The tech, Becky did a fab job, she spoke really good english, always made sure I was taken care of and everything was okay and did a great job with my nails. They had a great polish selection and the tech who did my eyebrows also did a great job. I like my place in NE philly, but I am up for a return trip here!

My go-​to pedicure spot!
Tiffany’s Techs are all pretty friendly, and the $ 20 price tag is great for a pedi that includes massage chair, leg scrub, hot towels & foot/​calf massage! They are always busy, so its not the worst idea to make an appointment if you’re on a tight schedule — but I’ve never been turned away as a walk-​in. OR waited longer than 5 – 15 minutes.
There are tvs on opposing walls in both the mani & pedi room, which is great after work to catch the news. I did have one dissapointing gel manicure there that lasted less than a week, but the pedis are always long-​lasting (and they do a great french pedi too!) so I’ll always be coming back for more!
Just remember! If you pay by credit card & want to add tip you MUST ask them before they run your card!

Tiffany’s Nails does a great job at a great price. I’ve been going there for over ten years and I’m happy with the results everytime. They do wonderful pedicures and many of the employees can do creative free hand designs. You can make an appointment or just walk-​in. All of the staff are friendly and competent.
