The best pizza! We travel far just for this pie! Love it! Not the friendliest service, but food is quick and simple tastey!

The food is fantastic, the waitress(Michelle) is always right there to take our order and pleasant conversation. My friends and I eat there every Monday night, and in the 7 years we have been going never had a bad meal. Having the complementary wine is really great.

DeLorenzo’s Pizza sits in the corner of the old strip Fairview Shopping Center on Trenton Road, Fairless Hills, Pa. As the saying goes, «…Nothing is less fair than living in the Hills…» The oldest part of the establishment where the cashier is, is tiny with 2 tables. It has its old Bucks charm, but is certainly gritty round the edges. Only one table was available for this solitary traveler, as the other was being used as the office by the owner/manager(who spoke with a pronounced Russian accent). The staff was friendly and the young cooks seemed to know what they were doing. The most unusual aspect for this pizza joint was that it lacked the display of all their pizza option, so prevalent in most shops these days. No. They had only one regular pie behind the counter, and they were willing to put anything you wanted on top of it.(Well, maybe not ANYTHING…) That was refreshingly old school. At least I knew they weren’t in the habit of making a multitude of pizzas with various toppings just so customers could pick from among them, even if they had been sitting there all day. I ordered one plain slice and a sweet Italian Sausage triangle. They arrived well done as I wished. The regular slice had a good crunch, but leaked a bit of oil when tilted. The taste was good. The Sausage slice had been thickly spread with crumbled meat, yet it held up well. The taste was even better. This snack with a small Coke came in under $ 5. I threw the change into the tip jar. The other side of the house had a dim, but pleasant appearing dining room. The patrons all had large plates of food before them. Looked interesting. If I return, I will sit over there so I can join the other diners, rather than watch the boss train the servers and pay his bills.

My husband and I decided to try this very busy pizza place for a hopefully tasty casual Italian meal. So, on a rainy Tuesday night about 6pm we stopped in and were seated right away in the ½ full dining room by a friendly young smile. Our waitress arrived shortly afterward with requests for drinks which she brought quickly. Unhappy to notice though the plastic wornout cups. Mr had a large chip on his but we ignored that. She also brought a nice basket with a warm toasty sliced roll and butter. A little too toasty for us-she gladly and promptly brought another untoasted. As we looked over the menu we noticed mostly everyone there seemed to be a regular and some had a carafe of wine-wonder where that came from?! Received our salads and feel although they seemed small it was enough to get started and fresh. Mr ordered a caesar but it was really just a caesar dressing. Mr ordered the shrimp and broccoli($ 18)and I, chicken and spinach($ 17). WOW! so much food! It was plated nicely with lots of fresh broccoli and mine with spinach-very enjoyable! Actually lots of everything! Its impossible for anyone to finish this meal in one sitting-just what we like! ½way through our meal the room did fill up. The only negative thing though for this place-and we will go again-is the overall cleanliness. The walls were outdated and worn, floor seemed not too clean, décor was obviously dirty. Container of condiments on table were gross and old. There was a huge– impossible to miss– cobweb on the wall near where we sat. This results in not having a total confident experience. We would love to bring friends but we feel it would reflect on us with the negatives… If its a dining room-even a casual one which is fine– it still should be kept clean. Its not a pizza joint with just counter service. This isnt a cheap place to eat-even though the amount of food makes it worthwhile-but I would think others wouldnt return due to the overall lack of hygiene. BTW, the music was on a short loop and much too loud! so, thats it for my review. hope its helpful!

Gret food, HUGE portions… better to eat in, take out isnt the same/very good. Went in for a slice once and there was a fly, still alive, in their garlic salt container. But still good pizza!

Stopped in on my way through the town and will definitely go back. Ordered a chicken parm sandwich(because in Delorenzo’s it’s not a sub, it’s a sandwich). I’ll be honest, my stomach was not feeling awesome later that day, but… that was probably because there was an INSANE amount of cheese on that sub! Sandwich, sorry… you had chicken, sauce, cheese, and then it’s toasted so that the cheese just dominates that sub… sandwich. I was impressed and had a great talk with the owner behind the counter while I was paying. I’m actually looking forward to my next trip through there!

Great food. Their pizza is excellent as well as the rest of their menu items. Cheese steaks, chicken parmigiana, antipasto salad, manicotti, stuffed shells, etc. Excellent service, great employees and great atmosphere. A local’s favorite.

Great local Italian restaurant. I’m a big fan of their chicken francese and you can’t go wrong the a classic spaghetti and meatballs in meat sauce. I usually order delivery from them and can get 2(sometimes 3) meals out of their generous portions.

It’s a small place but we were sat down very quickly a lot of people here which is a good sign that the food is good. I had the chicken Parm which came with the salad and I have to say it was one the biggest portions I’ve ever gotten in my life also it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants good Italian food

As a Levittown Native, I must say after my last vista to DeLorenzo’s I must say I will not be returning and can’t in good conscience recommend them to anyone at all. On Good Friday April 3, 2014 we arrived at DeLorenzo’s and were seated immediately in the back room. We sat for 19 Minutes before my wife had to go find someone to even take our non-Alchoholic drink order. After that it was another 10 minutes before a young blonde and rude waitress arrived at our table and took our oder for a Large pizza with Garlic and sausage on the whole pie and then half black olives/half Mushrooms plus onion rings. Simple enough… about 5 minutes later our waitress arrived at our table, dropped a basket of bread on the table and was turning as she left, never said a word. Total Rudeness. 22 minutes later our pizza arrived. The pizza was great. Really it was. however we did not receive the onion rings. We were told by our waitress they would be right out. 15 minutes later… We finish our pizza, mind you never once did any one come by to ask to refill our drinks… Our waitress arrives and tells us the onion rings just ant into the frier. REALLY??? Well we asked for them to go(Well my wife did, I wanted to tell them to shove the onion rings. They should have been comped by that point) and asked for the check. 10 minute later we had the check and almost tripped over ourselves to get out the door. Mind you even with the EXTREMELYHORRID service we still left the waitress a proper 20% tip. however the owners of this establishment should be ashamed. either hire competent staff, or hire more staff.

While not the fanciest place the food was very good and plentiful. I got the chicken parm and there was far too much to eat in one sitting… I wound up taking about 2⁄3 of it home. Would go again.

Been eating here for years and the food is always fresh, hot and abundant. From the salads to the entrees you cant go wrong. Free wine upon request. The fountain ice tea is not so good. Best shrimp Parmesan ever. I’d like to correct a Unilocaler below, they will allow substitutions if they will not impact the quality, or presentation of the food. The refusal to allow sharing is a bid odd and I guess from an owner standpoint it sells more entrees, but all you have to do is use a bread plate or keep the salad plate, they wont stop you.

Dumpy place but food portions huge! Placing the plates of oversized portions on our table, I felt like this was out of a Flintstones TV show, where they get a huge rack of ribs that could feed an army, or just Fred! The food is good, not great but I can see that people come for the low price and extreme portions. Of course, I took ½ my food home.

It strikes me odd when I give one of our«regulars» only 3 stars but continue to frequent a place for 20 years! That translates into«I’m satisfied with the things most important to me and accepting of their short comings». The wait can be long at dinner hour on weekends. They accept reservations early in the day and have expanded with a second dinning room next door; the entrance is through the Pizzeria. Portions are huge and you will leave with dinner for the following night. All meals come with a decent house salad, warm bread and butter. Drinks are served in tall plastic cups(one Of the small things I don’t like). Service is fast an efficient. I have tried a few disappointing choices on the menu so I stick with my favorites. The eggplant is sensational and my usual but chicken parm, clams or mussels over linguini and chicken and spinach are good.

You will never be disappointed here whether you get pizza, salads, platters or sandwiches. The portions can be almost disgustingly large, but you can be sure all will be delicious. I’ve eaten dozens of grilled chicken salads over the year & the delicious marinated chicken is heavenly. The same chicken can be had in a delicious sandwich. I love their calamari & also the chicken parm. Always great food and service in a funky little place that hits the spot.

What’s all the fuss about? Maybe, it’s because it’s the best tomato pie ANYWHERE! If you like a deep dish pizza, then stay away… the lines are too long anyway. But if you like a thin crust true tomato pie… it’s the best you’ll find.

This place is OK. The food is pretty decent and they do give you large portions. I am obsessed with their house salad dressing, it’s great for dipping bread in too! The thing that bothers me is their lack of effort to satisfy their customers. For example they refuse to make any substitutions on ANY dish. Doesn’t matter the reason, they don’t want to hear it. They also do not allow you to share a plate if you dine in. My husband ordered veal parm, I ordered the chicken parm and told the waitress that I was going to share mine with my 8 year old and she said«I’m sorry, we don’t allow sharing of entrees.» I could see if this was a fine dining establishment or 5 star place, but it’s really a dumpy pizza joint that is surrounded by many others just like it, if not better. Anyway, that was the last time we dined in. We have ordered take out a few times since then and just shared it at home where they can’t stop us from sharing(haha), but only a few times and only because I really wanted that house salad dressing!

If you like HUGE portion sizes, this is the place for you, other than that, it is just your standard, run-of-the-mill, dumpy Italian restaurant in some strip mall. In terms of the food, the quality is pretty good. I’ve only gotten Chicken Francese the times I’ve been, but each and every time it is very tasty and flavorful; it is also huge! I think in terms of portion size, Delorenzo’s might serve more food than I have ever had before. Mine comes with two massive pieces of chicken, and pasta. In addition to the major serving size of your meal, it also comes with a house salad that is very good, and bread with a special house dressing(oil and cheese) that is amazing. The tomato sauce is a little bit disappointing, as it tastes like it just comes out of a jar bought from Superfresh, but really I think that is the only thing that isn’t up to par. Also, the Chicken Scampi is just grilled chicken with the francese sauce. The food isn’t the best Italian I’ve ever had, but it is certainly a lot better than most other places. Atmosphere-wise, this place is a complete dump. The strip mall area it is located in isn’t exactly sporting any Ritz Carlton’s or Morton Steakhouses. The last time I went the air conditioner was leaking water on me, something that the staff didn’t really seem to care about, or to them seemed normal(I can’t decide which one of those is worse). I’ve also heard stories from friends of flies falling in their food, and other gross things I won’t mention on here, but take my word, they aren’t pretty. If they spent a few thousand dollars to renovate the place, add some new lighting, paint the walls, and maybe higher an exterminator, I think Delorenzo’s would have ranked a bit higher in my book. Service wise is also a bit on the downside. While the food does come out in a decent time, the waitresses are just sub-par in terms of caring and don’t seem to pay attention. They write what they are out of on the wall with paper plates. If you come here, don’t expect a ritzy atmosphere and the greatest service. You certainly can expect very good food and a lot of it.

When friends and family come from out of town and want to go to dinner, we take them to DeLorenzo’s. On the outside it looks like your typical pizza place but don’t let this fool you. DeLorenzo’s makes a delicious dinner with many filling options. This time was no different. We brought 10 friends for dinner and they raved about it. The chicken parmesan can feed 3 to 4 people. Don’t short change yourself though, it is so good you will want leftovers. The meal starts with baskets of bread and a simple house salad. The house dressing is really tasty and is an oil based garlic flavor with a spice to it. You could fill up on bread and salad. My wife ordered the Lasagna which is really for 2 people. It wasn’t meat based, The sauce is a lighter more flavorful sauce and has just the right combination of pasta and cheese without sacrificing flavor. It is really quite the dish. Now the chicken parmesan comes out on a large oval plate. Mind you they are 4 thinly, excellently breaded cutlets over the pasta of your choice. In my case I select angel hair. Now I can eat a lot. I barely put a dent in one cutlet. Also ordered the meatballs for the table which I definitely recommend. I’ve never tasted such a strongly flavorful meaty yet not tough meatball ever. A MUSTTRY! Now there are places that just give you a lot of food then there are places that give you a small portion of flavor but never both. DeLorenzo’s is the only place I’ve ever been that gives too much food packed with flavor. Goto DeLorenzo’s don’t order pizza. Pick your favorite italian dish and enjoy!
