Never thought I would review a Taco Bell but between the friendly service and their desire to make the customer happy, I just had to give them a thumbs up. Ask for extra napkins, got a great big stack. Ask for a variety of sauces, got 34 packets. Umm… Ok, that’s 28 more than we needed, but we appreciate the thought!

I prefer the customer service at the Dartmouth Mall location much more. I have received incorrect orders at the drive through multiple times and service is rather slow. On one occasion the Restaurant Manager was very helpful in expediting an order that was taking too long to prepare. In general, The restaurant was clean and the food is average. It is a satisfactory location to go to if you crave mexican food in Fairhaven, Ma. But I recommend you go inside to ensure your order is prepared correctly, if time permits.

I don’t really think its possible to give any fast food chain with a drive through more than a 3, since by definition 3 is A-OK and that’s eactly what they typically are… That said I am a semi regular at this place. Once in awhile when I have craving, or in need of a snack, this would be it. . All the TacoBells taste the same no matter where you go since its all the same crap out of their central kitchen. I am not even sure if individual sites slice their own lettuce or cut their own tomatoes. so my assessment on the food would be redundent. Just don’t expect goumet food if decide to dine at a fastfood joint or you will be setting yourself up for some serious disappointment. Can’t really rate their service since I always do drive through. I order thru a speaker, pull up, some kids open window, I pay, I get my food, and then off I go. I always get my sauce pouches and never find anything strange in my food like hair or bugs, I guess all is good. Price is affordable like any FF restaurant. Should be able to get fed with couple bucks. I think the soda cup is unnecessarily big but that’s this chain’s issue. Maybe taco eating population gets thirsty easy. In my opinion nobody need that much liquid or sugar in their body. I never biggie size my meal since all you get is bigger cup of sugar water.

I really love the fact, that at one in the morning, that I can find a really cheap vegetarian meal that takes no time at all for them to make. I really do. The girl was very pleasant on the intercom. There was only one small hiccup in the entire order taking process, and that was the girl didn’t come on the intercom right away. I was sitting around trying to figure out if I was in the right spot. Yeah, it looked like it to me… the car in front of me was sitting in this spot when they ordered… why is no one coming on? She must have been busy, as it took her a full three or four minutes to say anything, which may not seem like a long time, but it really was. Usually they say«could you hang on a sec?». But that was nothing really, and I was on my way in minutes. In essence, what I am trying to say is that you don’t go into a taco bell expecting to eat a five star meal and get amazing service. So if you go in with that attitude, of course you should be disappointed.

Food is typical of the taco bell chain Service is horrible, everytime I go there it is consistently bad. There is no supervision or leadership in the evenings. A bunch of high schoolers clock watching and dragging their feet back and forth. I know they’re probably only getting minimum wage but over at Mcdonalds their employees put some effort into getting orders in and food out in a timely manner.

Not a place to make friends Just an average Taco Bell with the usual menu of tacos, burritos and other items far more American than Mexican. The store was clean and the parking lot large and convenient. However the service was pretty bad. First of all the guy taking the order didn’t bother to say hello of even acknowledge my existence. He finally took my order and didn’t even tell me the final cost, I had to ask him the price. He mumbled something and when I gave him the money he just threw the change on the counter without a thanks or even a nod. When it came time to get the order the young lady bringing the order just threw a couple of bags down on the table without giving the number or the order. She took off to the back and the other customer and myself had to dig around in the bags to determine which order belonged to who. Sure it’s a Taco Bell and I don’t expect much in the way of customer service but just a little common decency would go a long way.
