Not a lot of Mexican choices in the area but this is the best around. However, having gone 5 different times I have tried a lot. The burritos can fall apart so be careful. The chicken has little flavor but all the side are great to spice it up. They have a bowl dish that is outstanding. Busy place but the food also takes a while to be served up.

My first Unilocal review ever. Of course it had to be No Problemo. I’ve loved this place for years. Their chips and guacamole are phenomenal. I’ve tried replicating it at home. Not the same. Their burritos are humongous. Bigger than a baby’s arm. The staff is cordially friendly, a bit standoffish at times, but whatever. Only downside is the shitty parking downtown.

What is to say? If you don’t like No Probs you should probably just leave the area because everyone else does!

Best Mexican food you can get around here. Loud music, dim lighting, relaxed atmosphere. One of my faves :)

I have NEVER been disappointed with their food. I love, love, love the tostada salad. The stinken rose and the Zeus burritos are definitely my favorites. I also love the super quesadilla. It is so good and reasonably priced for the amount of food you get.

Nothing like No Probz., you won’t ever decide to eat Mexican food anywhere else but this place after your experience here! I’m a steak fan and the Stinkin Rose is good! Support local businesses.

This place is the shit! The food is fresh and real tasty. Burritos are great, quesadillas are great, it’s all good. The atmosphere is really cool and they have have this ginger beer that I go for every time. No doubt, go check em out.

This is definitely great food. It s cash only, but I was prepared. The service was great, but the food was delicious! When I come back to town I will be dinning here again!

Ok, so the ingredients were fresh but the burritos had no flavor. The chicken had no seasoning. Very bland tasting. Mexican food is full of flavor and this place didn’t season the food at all. The salsa was great and you can tell it was freshly made but we had to ask the waitress twice for chips and salsa, which she should have brought over with our iced tea drinks. Place seemed outdated and dirty.

I love No Problemo’s food! The salsa is absolutely perfect, also the chicken taquitos are a favorite. We’ve never been let down as far as quality and taste goes! The customer service needs a bit of help. In-house we’ve never had an issue, but we’ve unfortunately encountered many issues when ordering take-out. We understand this is a very busy restaurant but there’s no excuse for miss-taking orders 4 times in a row :(. On the phone you are rushed and nobody repeats the order back to you which in the service industry is a big no-no just for this reason of miss-taking the order. We’ve gotten home only to find missing items. Hope they can work on this minor communication issue because otherwise it’s a fantastic spot to get some delicious food!

Great healthy delicious food from friendly servers in a cool, relaxed atmosphere! If you haven’t been here, you should! I had the Zapata Burrito and it was fantastic! So flavorful. How do they make rice and beans so yummy? It was crowded at lunchtime, but they keep the line moving for their hungry patrons!

You’re expectations of this place should not be high quality service or exceptional atmosphere. Your expectations should be of very good food. PROS: The food here is great. Probably one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. It’s also located in a part of NB that might be considered more«hopping» than some of the seeder parts of the city. CONS: No credit cards accepted, parking is street only and can be a challenge, service isn’t fantastic.

I have probably eaten here 20 times in the past 8 years. I’ve yet to find another restaurant that forces me to agonize over the cost to benefit ratio of great food to terrible service. I’m referring to the take-out side, as the few times I have sat at a table, the service has been ok. Great burritos, great tostada salad and great quesadillas. I just wish one time I could walk out of no problemo feeling like a happy customer and not like an insignificant, annoying loser, who accidentally stumbled into a place three levels cooler than anyone could ever hope to be. Call in your burrito order early, if it’s dinner time, or you’ll be waiting a while.

This place really puts the«lame-o» in «This restaurant is pretty f$%&*ing lame-o.» It took us like ten mins to be seated, though we were staring at empty tables. Yet when we ordered, they were perfectly happy to start rushing. I could be wrong, but I feel like it’s not a great sign for the food when your order comes out in two minutes flat. The food was nothing special, and they’re really going for the«aloof doucher» type of service The one upside to the whole thing were the prices, which were pretty reasonable. But if you want Mexican, just make the drive to Providence.

No Problemo is a fixture in the hearts and minds of many a New Bedford resident. I can see why it may be appealing although I can’t jump on the bandwagon with much enthusiasm. I suppose I could for specific items but this place can be a big hit or a big miss. Pros: –Super fresh ingredients — all the veggies have such a satisfying crunch! –Spicy BBQ Chicken burrito — a 5 star burrito — the flavors shine here! –Very generous portions –Chicken taco — yum! I enjoyed the shell flavor and it was just thin/thick enough –Your dollar will go far — burritos are $ 5.50-$ 8.50, most of them are $ 7; everything else on the menu is very affordable — students, take note! Cons: –Veggie Burrito — fell flat, no depth to flavors(I think they need to add some more spices or something — I’m not a chef, not my job to figure it out) –Veggie torta — bland, boring –Cash only Got a small spinach salad for lunch and a chicken taco. Enjoyed the taco. Salad — a heap of fresh veggies on top of beans and lettuce — a lively medley! The only downside: too acidic — it needed something else to balance it out — maybe corn? Or maybe some guac or juicy shrimp! Something to get the pucker out. Their hot sauces aren’t so bad — the heat is there but not the best flavors I’ve had. Service can be pretty good, but most of the time it’s standard. Not super friendly but not unfriendly — no vibe generally. Do I care if the food tastes like authentic Mexican? Not really. We all know what matters — the flavors and textures! If it tastes good, it tastes good. I think they have a lot of potential, but I don’t come here confident that most of the things I order will be a hit — I just hope that they will be. With that said, I would wholeheartedly recommend the spicy BBQ burrito and although I’ve never tried it, I hear the Stinkin Rose is good, too.

Yum yum yum yum yum. When I moved to Providence, I was shocked at the dearth of Mexican food in the area. I have spent my last six years here trying to find the best Mexican around, and No Problemo lands at the top of my list. Unfortunately, I can’t give a very thorough review because every time I go here I get a burrito. BUT, I often drag people here so I can get one, so I think that indicates I’m pretty sold on the place. The burritos are absolutely stuffed with all manner of goodness, and they never feel greasy or heavy. There are a ton of options, and taking out particular ingredients if you don’t care for them, is not a problem at all. What I love most about burritos is that if you eat a whole one around 2pm, you’re set for the rest of the day. Usually you’re a little full at first, but then you just forget about food altogether and feel comfortably satiated until it’s time for sleep. It’s really the most efficient way to live. Also, the price is right. You can get a very delicious and filling meal for not a lot of money, which I am super into. You can either order at the counter, or have sit-down service. I really like having options like that. Sometimes you’re in a rush, sometimes you want to linger. Here, you can do whatever works with your schedule. The sit down section of the restaurant also serves beer and wine. As other reviewers have pointed out, it’s a cash only place, but there is an ATM near the bathroom. I believe the fee was a reasonable $ 2, but I’m not 100% sure on that. Service has always been good, and most recently I went with a friend who is trying to eliminate corn from her diet – which includes corn syrup. The server was incredibly accommodating, if a bit perplexed with some of the requests she made. All in all, No Problemo is delicious, fresh food at a good price. Good stuff.

I had high hopes about this place. I have been carrying cash around just for the right moment. We called our order in. I ordered the Chicken California Burrito Bowl. It looked yummy with its avacados, cucumber, black beans, rice and salsa… but it was as bland as could be. It had no flavor, no spice, no charcoal texture or anything that reminds me of mexican food. The guacamole had the most flavor and when compared to the store bought«Fiesta chips» it has the most personality of anything I ordered. I’m glad that I went big and ordered the chips… it was the only way I could eat my bowl. The were about as bland as a plastic spoon. You would think when you ordered a to go bowl they would throw in a spoon for shits and giggles. The shop is cute. Hip and trendy. I wish I would have worn my mustache in when I came. I will skip the bland food next time I’m feeling some Fiesta fun.

Whenever I’m in the area, I consider whether or not I have time for a trip to No Problemo. I love this place dearly. It’s cute with hipster décor — something I’m used to in Providence, but is pretty rare in this neighborhood. With the several times I’ve visited, I’ve never had bad service. This is so key. The place is super clean and the music is usually pretty interesting and cool. Important: Cash only! On to the food — best bang for your buck in the area. I can get super full for less than $ 10. That’s exactly what people are looking for from a place like this — good food without the pretentiousness. I have enjoyed the chips with guacamole and fresh pico, the delicious taquitos(small tacos not the tubular frozen things you buy at the market), and the beefy super burrito. Their house-made hot sauces are amazing — both the red and green are super yummy and many times I go home with a bottle(purchased of course, not swiped!).

My second favorite food is burritos, so of course I had to hit this place up. I read all of the great reviews, so I was excited about shoving a heaping burrito in my face. This place is literally a Chipotle with more options. That’s it. If you like Chipotle, you’ll enjoy No Problemo. It’s not at all authentic, but I enjoyed it none-the-less. I ended up ordering the Diablo burrito, but I asked them to take out the beans and add the green peppers and onions. Adding or subtracting ingredients was no problemo(Ha, had to). My friend got a chicken burrito, which she very much enjoyed. I’ll comment on the seasoning as people seem to think it’s beautifully seasoned or over-seasoned. I think that, as well as with Chipotle, ppl who are finding their burritos overly salty are probably getting their burritos with the beans. I never get beans in my burrito for this reason. For me the beans take away from the rest of the ingredients. I thought my burrito was fine, but I wouldn’t say it was beautifully seasoned. In fact, I prefer less seasoning to more, so I quite liked it. The sauce in the burrito was good enough that I didn’t need to add any of the other sauces that come with the meal. The Habanero Hot Sauce is quite hot! Not in a good way for my liking. But I liked the Serraho Lime sauce. The garlic one was okay. Also, your protein options are chicken or beef. The beef is actually steak, not ground beef. I’m not understanding why the menu can’t just say steak. Beef is so broad. But the burrito didn’t lack in this department! Every bite had meat in it, which I truly appreciated and the meat was juicy and tender. All in all it’s hard to disappoint me when it comes to burritos, so I enjoyed it. The girl who served us was not attentive at all, which annoyed my lunch date. I felt that having a waitress was actually unnecessary. And it’s CASH only, which I also find to be unnecessary. Street parking only!!! Have fun finding a parking spot and have change for the meter!
