I was hesitant to try Karizma Salon after finding so few reviews online. I’m so glad I have them a chance. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the receptionist worked with my limited availability. The salon was clean, I was greeted immediately, and introduced to my stylist, Jared. He was friendly, patient, and listened carefully to my concerns following a bad haircut I received at another salon. Jared did a terrific job. He surprised me with his confidence, professionalism, and skill, given his young age. Although, quite personable, he did not chat my ear off, which I appreciated.
Bottom line, I left with a great haircut, feeling beautiful.
I would recommend this salon and plan to return myself to try out their other services.

This place is going down the tubes and FAST. It’s disgusting. The owner thinks it’s ok to not show up for her appointments and not tell anyone she isn’t coming in. The staff is ok, but the management needs a class in business etiquette. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this «salon».
