As a new home owner, how did I know that I needed new windows? Well, when I went to replace the basement window screen, and the wood frame just fell apart. That is when I went on a hunt to replace 5 of my basement windows. I went to the Home Show in New Bedford, and made appointments with many of the companies who were offering window replacement service. After much research, and many estimate later, enlisting the services of Cottrell Bros, just made sense. Not only were thier prices in line with some companies, they were actually 1,000.00 cheaper than two other estimates that I recieved. No high pressure sales job.
On the day of the install, he was on time, very professional. I was extremely impressed with the clean-​up. Not only in the basement, but around the outside of the windows, and the saw area.
I’m so pleased with my windows, I find myself telling everyone, «one of the best investments I have made.»
