This store has many great things although they have a very hypocritical employee. I was being friendly and had said to the employee «hey this is nice! If I worked here, I’d own it! Do you have one of these bad boys??» And the employee stated «I don’t spend my money were I make my money.» Now the Raiders are either not his team or he’s taking his business elsewhere. I find that hypocritical. He didn’t make myself or my boyfriend comfortable. His reply actually made me uncomfortable and leave without purchasing anything. The last time I was in this store no one greeted me. I’ve had two separate experiences here and neither have been pleasant. I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere or in the comfort of my own home.

The staff love talking football. I see no problem with that. Talking about my team never seem to bore me.
Besides the chit chatting, they helped me with all the jerseys I had my eye on. I also grabbed a few tailgating stuff as well. This store is also much bigger than the Concord location. I love his place.

«Horrible service! Employees were more interested in their conversations than actually helping customers» This was a comment by another reviewer and I absolutely agree. One of the guys was actually on the phone… sitting on the counter… having a personal conversation with someone else. The selection in the store was limited and that is a shame since they only carry «RAIDERS» gear. It is my STRONG opinion that there should NEVER be any RAIDER item that you should NOT be able to get in the RAIDER IMAGE. I mean I was looking for a Rod Woodson player shirt and they didn’t have one… how is that possible… he is a future Hall of Famer. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!

Horrible service! Employees were more interested in their conversations than actually helping customers! As a season ticket holder I refuse to ever shop at this store again even though it is closer to me. I would rather drive to the Concord store where I know I will receive much better customer service! Stay away from this store!

Recently stopped by to do a little shopping. Although the available products didn’t meet what i had in mind (meaning not enough jersey’s in stock /​waiting for the new Nike shipment). I still managed to leave the store with something satisfying, Raiders jacket. =)
The employee there (forgot his name) was very helpful, let us know around when we should see the new items come in. As well as the on-​line website had products available for purchase.
A few sales available, nothing that wowed me and NEEDED to have.
With a season pass tickets, you have a 10% discount on the back you can use for some shopping. Leaving the store happy.
