I use to live near this subway service was great fee years ago. I decided to come back and check them out. When I got there works didn’t greet me. Asked me what I wanted. Didn’t make my sandwich with any care in the world. Just threw everything on it and didn’t have a smile on their face. Sad thing was they weren’t even busy. So when my sandwhich was done being mad I checked for cookies and there were none. Like seriously worker said«we had no time to make any» all the subways I’ve been to they’re case of cookies always had some in the case. I also got asked if I wanted a drink and they had no water bottles in the cooler everything looks low. To be honest I don’t think I’m ever coming back here for lunch or dinner again.

If I could give this plave 0 stars i would! but unfortunatly i have to give atleats 1 to submit this review. never again will i go into this subway. The staff was so rude and unperfessional. Even the manager was no help. We ordered food online and wanted it to be picked up the following business day around noon for my employees. we ran a little late and were not able to pick it up until 1 as soon as we got there they say the food was already picked up and they were not going to make me a new one. i showed them i recipet and they still said no. How can someone pick up an order they never paid for? did they not ask for a name or ID to show it was the person who paid for it? i dont understand. They tried saying that who ever picked it up knew my name so it was not their fault. it sounded like they were trying to say it was my fault or that i was trying to get away with more food. when clearly it was first time walking in with reciept in had. i couldnt believe they were trying to blame it on me. After meeting them it wouldnt suprise me if they gave it away to someone else without asking for a name or maybe they tought we werent going to pick it up and they ate it. i know i was late but not enough for them to give away my food. finally i called their customer service number and they were able to talk to the manager who agreed on making me my order again. of course when i go back the order was all wrong and they refuse to fix it. the order online included chips and sodas which they stated i would not get. They said just the sadwiches or nothing. Such a waist of money. they really just took my money and gave me a bunch of sandwich that looked like they were put together by 2 year olds. sunch a bad place with a bunch of bad ppl. I will Never go there again. Fairfield has a bunch of other subways you can go to.

Never again would I walk into this Subway. Staff was very disrespectful. Our friend ordered a Classic Combo Platter with 8 bags of chip for the office. The order was clearly specific. Verity of breads & White American cheese. Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Pickles, Green Peppers, Black olives, Red onions, Mayonnaise & mustard ONTHESIDE. Which was all paid for & have had to be picked up August 7th @ 12:00PM Today is the 12th day of the order & the order was the BIGGEST disaster. PICKEDUPORDERAUGUST19, 2015! We only got the Platter with only one type of bread & everything that was NOT suppose to be in the sandwiches was in the sandwich.(NOCHIPSEVENIFTHEYWEREPAID!!) FRIENDDIDNOTEVENGETHERMONEYBACK! AVOIDTHISSUBWAY !!! I usually give a place of business The benefit of the doubt before I write a post against them this is about the fifth time that this happens at this restaurant there time stamp says that they open at seven in the morning at their front door. I walk into the restaurant to buy my kids lunch for school at 7:45AM keep in mind the business has been open for 45 minutes and there is no food trays on the line on top of that the cashier who claims to also be the store manager tells us that she’s not ready and to wait for 10 minutes so about 10 minutes pass and instead of prepping the food she standing at the register counting her receipts the whole time I was waiting. I finally got up and told her that this is ridiculous how do you stand there and count receipts knowing that you have customers waiting so I took my kids to the subway next to trader joes near the mall and was out with food in hand in ten mins I’m not coming back to this restaurant again unless they change there workers/management and work ethics

This place is horrible one person makes sandwiches while 5 people sit in line. They don’t greet you they’re rather rude. The employees look nasty. One girl has a straight up black eye this place is gross people very very gross don’t believe my review. Believe the rest of the negative ones

This is one of my usual lunch spots. It’s easy to get to and has ample parking. If they had drive-thru, I’d eat here more often. LOL Yes, I’m a lazy girl. I love the ability to see how much each sandwich offers in the way of calories. I can then tailor my lunch to my caloric needs. The staff here is friendly and can get you a sandwich quickly(important to me)

Giving four stars for the service I’ve came here three times every time it’s been a good experience. Today the girl(no name badge) working did a awesome job. When I entered the restaurant there’s was about five guys in line and she was knocking the sandwiches out got everyone’s order right and quick. The dude in front of me was super undecided and was a straight jerk with it. He change his mind while she was making the sandwich then talk to her like she messed up. Straight punk status anyways she just rolled with his punches and poor attitude and got his sandwich straight and still smiled and told him to have a nice day. The girl that made my sub was Emily she came in at the end of this experience but she was nice and got my order right. Hang in there ladies not everyone’s a J-Cat LOL!

I was an employee there for almost 2 months. I have seen them drop bread on the floor pick it up and use it later. The owner has said that they«dont hire blacks or males». They give you a hard time with getting your checks. I never filed a W2 with them the whole time I worked there. They are rude and dont train the employees correctly. They over charge and allow their kids to work in the store. I would say that this is not a place to eat or work.

I do not like going to this particular Subway. Their tomatoes are soggy, and they do not really greet you here. They also take a really long time to make your sandwich. The only reason it gets two stars because it is easily accessible to my house and kind of near a freeway exit where I can go to school or work.
