Slowest drive thru Starbucks I have ever been through. The people were polite but we sat in line for so long that it made the whole experience bad. The person in front of us had clearly ordered a lot of drinks but instead of telling them to pull to the side they had all of us wait in line. When we left the line was wrapped through the parking lot. Would recommend going to the one on Travis Blvd instead.

I usually have very pleasant experiences at my Starbucks visits. But not at this one… I was shocked at how incredibly rude the customer service was at their drive-thru. Their employee, Maria, was extremely rude when taking my order. All she did was mis-hear my drink order(no big deal, just read the the correct order back, we’ll get there) but instead she became overly defensive for no reason? She kept snapping back ‘well you said …’ … Ok, I get it, there was a miscommunication in the drink order, not that serious, it happens all the time, but it doesn’t have to be anyone’s fault? Especially the customer… Even my boyfriend noticed how snappy she was being. Then we got up to the window, she had told me the wrong amount that I owed, so God forbid she had to wait an extra two seconds for me to grab more cash as she rolled her eyes. She didn’t say ‘Hello’ ‘Thank you’ … None of the usual pleasant greetings I get in the drive thru. Sorry if you were having a bad day Maria, but no need to take it out on others.

I want to add I received a very nice message from one of this location shift Leads. Very impressed with her customer service and explanation of challenges with how facility was designed. Updating My Stars because I feel the Baristas need some recognition! Thanks Deanna.

Well, considering I met my sweet, kind, handsome boyfriend here… 5 Stars! The staff is so friendly and this is one of the cleanest Starbucks I’ve been to. Oh, and one of few that run their A/C! Not too much seating but never packed.

The drive thru was moving at a glacial pace. I’m annoyed… but what do I really expect? I get the draw… I get they’re working hard… I appreciate them but we spent 20 minutes and couldn’t back out… When we received the cup… it tasted like a tire… I just wanted a caramel mocha with an extra shot. Missing my regular starbeezy… should have gone to Peete’s

This place is always pretty good and fast. My latest gripe is the Iced Coffee. They must be using the same pitchers from the flavored juice drink, because my iced coffee never tasted like coffee. It’s always tasty like juice was added. That’s a horrible way to start a morning.

My cashier was Eric! He was really friendly and even with my complicated order he remained kind. But, my total was $ 7 and he ended up giving me a change of $ 3 when I paid a $ 20 but when I confronted him about it he was responsible for his mistake! Unlike flares :)

Extremely rude. The guy who was doing the drive thru was so mean to my mom and I. We told him our order and he said hold on and made us wait for five minutes then he said oh are you done ordering. Umm you made us wait for you. Never coming back here again.

I’m a local, and I cringe every time I have to pass through this Starbucks location. It’s easy and accessible location gives me no option sometimes. The people here are extremely rude… I don’t think I’ve ever had one good experience here before. Drive through is horrible at customer service! Managers please train the associates to take an order WITHOUT giving attitude. Is asking for a straw with my coffee too much to ask for? I mean I’m paying 5 bucks for my drink at least make it right and don’t give me attitude about my little request. –A very pissed off Starbucks consumer, before I’ve even had my coffee

This Starbucks is hit and miss. Might be rushing due to be a very busy Starbucks. Today I order a white mocha I think they forgot the espresso shot. Sucks to start my morning without my coffee.

Starbucks is starbucks. Cant really say much bad about these places, so one start now. This one has a parking lot a little farther than most in the area, but that’s the only flaw.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times. Every visit I had was actually decent. The tables are big enough to have work meetings, group meetings, or individual work for yourself. I always come in here when it’s not busy and I get lucky every single time. Usually if you want to stay away from the tables and other people they have a corner for studying with tall table chairs. That’s where I usually study. Its nice because you get the window, you’re away from others, and you’re not distracted by to many people. They also have tall tables behind you but usually people aren’t loud in that corner. The place can be very busy but everyone is out within 2 minutes they get their drinks. I recommend people to come here when studying. It’s really nice!

A month after I wrote a review, I have to comment that the drive-through is still slower than molasses! Been coming here since 2007 or 2008. This is crazy! One car moved in the past 10 mins~ I swear! There are still at least 6 cars ahead of me… and 5 cars behind me already reversed out and left. There being 6 cars ahead of me doesn’t seem like a lot, but it is if it takes 30 minutes to get 6 – 7 cars through the line.

A pretty average Starbucks. I’ve never had a bad experience, but never a great one either. This particular Starbucks is always busy. It’s off I-80, so it gets extra traffic from people stopping off from the freeway. They have a drive-thru but take my advice, go inside! The line can stretch to the driveway at times and it moves really slow. The inside is by no means fast though. If you go in the morning the line will move at about the same pace of the drive-thru. The baristas have always been pleasant. They always make my drink perfectly. I especially like this Starbucks location because it’s a good place to chill and read or study. While I don’t go to Starbucks too often, this is definitely my go-to location.

Location of this place is great because it’s right by the I-80. Staff is super friendly and everything you would hope for in a starbucks. My only gripe is the drive thru is a pain and takes too long. If you’re in rush I’d recommend the mobile app and walking in. I’ve frequented this location a few times and 2 of the times I tried the drive through at different times of the day. First time I didn’t know any better, the second time the line just didn’t seem that bad. Boy was I was wrong. Expect at least a 10 minute or longer wait. Maybe it just feels longer because you’re in your car but I’m pretty sure I could have been in and out had I walked in. Worst part about the drive through is that you’re stuck in the drive through. Overall, staff is friendly and this starbucks does a great job!

Hi Carrie. It’s probably not a good idea to correct a customer. When I order a London Fog Latte, you really shouldn’t respond with«you mean an earl grey latte…». No, I meant to call it the same thing as the rest of the world… But thanks for trying to make me feel stupid. And the fact that you rebutted by sating your baristas wouldn’t know what a London Fog Latte is, is even more pathetic. Why do I keep coming here? The customer service is always the worst! No wonder it’s a revolving door — every time I come here(which is daily) there are different employees…

Now I feel like the main existence of Starbucks is for consistent coffee drinks wherever in the world you might go. Most of the time, I feel like starbucks has done a pretty good job with that. Now when it comes to service, that’s where the inconsistency comes in. I frequent this Starbucks a lot since it is the closest one to my work. I know the employees work hard and are very friendly, but something needs to be done about the drive through line and the way they process their orders on the weekends. I normally avoid the drive through line altogether cause I feel like It takes an extra 10 minutes just so I don’t have to get out of my car, and since I’m usually stopping here before work I don’t have the time. When I went here last Saturday, the drive through line was overflowing, which made me think going inside would be faster – I was WRONG. They took my order pretty quickly, heated up my pastry right away, but then I had to wait probably a good 15 – 20 mins for my drink. Cups kept lining up next to the baristas making the drinks, and it looked like my cup kept getting pushed further and further to the back of the line. So there I was standing, waiting, my pastry getting cold, and my patience getting shorter as I was about to be late for work. I know i’ll be back since I’m a Starbucks fiend and they are right by my work, but I don’t think i’ll be treating myself to anymore weekend morning coffees from this location.

Trying to order my grande green tea with mobile order ahead and they didn’t make my order at all when I arrived there and after waiting for a while, decided to ask and they just checking the machine.

Yay! This location is probably one of my favorite ones in Fairfield. Definitely helped me start my early mornings at SCC since I take the back roads to campus. If the line is too long in drive through, I’ll usually go inside to kill time and never have an issue with service. Always clean inside and the staff here is always in a good mood!

This starbucks is right off the freeway – the exit is right after the entrance you take to go to Fairfield mall – so it’s likely to be busy during peak hours(i.e. early mornings, lunch time, and after work). Despite their location, I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 15 minutes to get my drink/food from this place. They often tell people to pull up, pay, and park when there’s a long line so you’re not waiting for everyone to pay. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been inside this starbucks because their drive thru is so convenient.
