I really can’t believe how quickly this place is going down hill. Is dirty, the coffee is terrible, and the hospitality isn’t what it used to be. It’s so sad. And it really upsets me the manager parks right in front of the store. That spot is for your guest, they come first. Not to mention he was loading up his car with peets bags. So our prices go up while you take stuff home or not even offer a bag or complimentary coffee when purchasing beans. The terrible service is enough to not come back.

Great coffee and teas, but getting said drinks will try anyone’s patience. I don’t know if it’s because the management of this local Pete’s has difficulty keeping it’s people or they breed a culture of «the customers don’t matter» you can easily waste 10 minutes waiting in line just to place your order, which is what I just did. Although watching the kid at the register look more confused with an order that is not«pour the coffee from the urn into the apprpiately sized cup and hand to the customer». He had to ring up the customer in front of me three times and then the customer had the impudence to add to this order, which caused a consensus meeting between said cashier and the barista. If I had any sense I would have left but I already lost 10 minutes watching this side show, so I was committed. I did finally get my coffee and like I said in the beginning, they do have good coffee, however good coffee, can not make up for sliw, lacsidaisic service. They are more efficient in the AM where this kind of service wouldn’t fly to those getting their morning coffee to start off the commute. If you require some coffee anytime after that do yourself a favor, go to any of the Starbucks in the area.

I love Peet’s coffee. I was given a Peet’s giftcard so I decided to use it yesterday. The young lady working was so kind. She even gave me a discount for trying a new drink. Peet’s coffee has fantastic flavor too. I’m making the switch

Out of all the coffee shops around this is by far my favorite place to get a cup of joe, I like mine black and that’s all I ever get… so I don’t really know about the other things they sell but the coffee is delicious and the service has always been good for me.

This is the closest store to us. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Coffee is great and made the way you like it. The cleanliness of the store is not up to par. The entrance to the store is always dirty and unwashed looking, as is the door itself, and the area you add milk or pick up napkins.

I’ll start off by saying I am a frequent Peet’s customer. And I also usually write reviews when I feel that something needs to be recognized. I tend to choose Peet’s coffee over Starbucks if I can help it. So, I stopped into this location for a couple of drinks for a car full of people. Service was good, but the dynamic of the way it was setup didn’t work well — for me, that day maybe. I don’t frequent this location, this was my first time. But, anyway, I ordered 3 drinks, one of which I was splitting in half, so 4 drinks total. I get two of the drinks and ask for a drink carrier, to which I get the response, «we are out.» Ok, it happens… Next, I go to cover my drinks with lids and add my half and half, get straws, etc. and the bar to do all of that is across from the pick up counter on the other side of the store. So I have 4 drinks to put lids on, add to, and carry out, oh, and two hands. In the end, it took me way longer than it should have, but almost spilling a drink and having to carry 4 drinks out the door and across the parking lot without a carrier is normal, right?

This is the slowest peet’s store I have been to. It takes 5 minutes for the cashier to process the orders :(

Great coffee, but service was off. 6 people working, not many customers seated, and we still waited to be served while the workers were joking around.

I love love love Peet’s coffee!!! Always a nice mocha to drink with my cinnamon twist. Thank you Peet’s coffee for finding my cell phone and holding it for me. I was list without it. All the employees are awesome and always have a friendly smile. I was a Starbucks girl for years! Once you go Peet’s there’s no going back!

So as much as I felt the need to give a lower star review, just cause I have a tough time finding things I like at peets. I couldn’t, given that most of it just comes from the fact I’m not a total fan of their coffee. I’ve been here a handful of times and well, I just can’t seem to enjoy Peet’s coffee. I do like their tea infusions, and especially my true love«The Black Tie». I also enjoyed their winter solstice tea but that is a limited time tea, they offer to sell in loose leaf and bagged tea. I also have to say I do love their pastry selection. Their scones are yummy, and the salted caramel Krispy treat is yummy too. I’m not sure about the others but I’m sure they tasty as well to pair with your coffee. I’m not sure why I don’t like the taste of their espresso, it just has this weird after taste, and that could just be the type of espresso they use but I’m unsure. Customer service wise, they are really good and kind. They are on top of their game especially when it comes to promotions, and deals. They make things easy if your indecisive by suggesting and letting you take their time. Overall I rate this store 4⁄5 it’s not really anything I can knock down, it’s one of those things I don’t think they can change and that’s fine. :)

Worst Peets in the world. No sense of urgency among the employees. Why is there a long line behind the register and no drinks are being made. Get it together and hire new management.

If I ever want to run marathons like the energizer bunny and pull an all-nighter, Peet’s Coffee has definitely got my back! I’ve always been an avid Peet’s Coffee fan ever since my mother brought home a bag of these ground beans into our home. Ever since then not another brand of ground coffee beans ever set foot into the cupboard again. Location and Ambiance: If you can find the Petco and In-N-Out right off the I-80, you know you’re in the right place. Tucked in the corner behind In-N-Out, lies a cute little coffee shop full of enthusiastic baristas and lots and LOTS of senior citizens. The store looks cozy and definitely a spot to catch up with a friend for coffee. However, if you’re looking to make Peet’s Coffee your study haven, I wouldn’t recommend it since there’s limited wifi use. I like the intimate set up with the granite tables and wooden chairs. I also love how neatly organized this store is as well! Drinks: Their specialty lies within the coffee they serve! Their lattes aren’t their strongest asset, but the coffee is definitely one to talk about! On the other hand, I am guilty for loving their matcha green tea latte ten times more than their Starbucks competitor. It’s a lot more creamy and sweet and definitely a lot more richer in flavor and blends. Their tea infusions are alright, but it’s not one to gloat about. Customer Service: The baristas are super duper friendly! I like how they offer suggestions when I’m being super indecisive. They keep things professional and not talk about who they recently«Got the ‘D’ or ‘P’ with.» They make the environment ten times better! Overall: I wouldn’t mind coming back! I just wish there was a drive-thru so I can come back looking like a hot mess without getting out of my car.

Going down hill fast!!! Wifi sucks at all of the Peet’s coffees I’ve been to lately. I may have to start getting my coffee at Starbucks from now on. They have free refills on the same day even if it’s a different shop. Come on Peets!!! Also, they used to have surveys that you could fill out, but it seems that they have run out, indefinitely!!! Including this one!!!

The staff here were incredible! I was in an extreme bind and they let me use their phone for a few hours while I sorted it out. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and generous while I posted up in the shop. Thank you SOMUCH!

Great customer service! The lines go fast & the drinks are made by expert baristas. I finally caved in & bought a gift card, so that I could take advantage of the free drink offer that goes along with the purchase. I was asked each day I came in, so I finally bought 1. It’s been a great budgeting tool for me as well. It allows me 2 know how long it takes me 2 use up $ 25 at Peet’s. Thank you 4 great coffee!

I love peet’s, it’s so relaxing and the staff, the coffee, and the atmosphere all works well with me. And not to mention it’s right by my work which is making me go broke! It’s nice to have peet’s close for a change since it’s usually Starbucks. And they have a really handsome barista working there. Now I’m Really gonna go broke ;)

We always seem to stop here when we are on this route out of the Bay Area. Never have had a problem with the service. Coffee is consistently good. Tastes like Peet’s, which is the only large coffee chain I like. Coffee at Peet’s holds it’s own with many independent(good) coffee shops.

I love how Peet’s always has a Unilocal check in offer. Peet’s coffee really doesn’t need any review, people will come here regardless if you rate it a 1 or a 5 star. What I do love about Peet’s over the other chains(S’bux) is they provide vegan pastries. I’ve tried a variety of different drinks from Peet’s from the standard coffee to the Raspberry Macha Freddo. I haven’t really had any drink that was horrible. They still need to work on the Green Tea Match(hot version). It’s not as good as S’bux but the new Raspberry Macha Freddo is off the chart. It’s my new drink addiction. What I also love about Peet’s is they don’t charge extra for soy unlike other places. At least the ones I’ve encountered. As I’m writing this review, I just realized I did have one bad experience and that was my attempt in the fall to have a ginger latte with a ginger cookie… OMG bad mistake, wayyyyy too much ginger going on. The Keurig pods they offer now are really good if you want to make coffee at home. If your vegan, they offer the following pastries to accompany your drink… oatmeal, chocolate chip and Ginger Cookie. They also have a scone but, beware as it is very dry and without a cup of coffee it can get stuck in your throat, not a pleasant experience.
