One and only time I will use this place. $ 73 to wash 4 pillows, 1 comforter and sheets. I dropped off my laundry at 3:15 and the attendant said it would be ready the next day. I pointed out the sign says same day service and they are open for another 7 ½ hours. She said I could come back at 10pm. I asked her to call if they were done earlier. I went in at 9pm to see if they were done. She had them bagged already so I brought my items home. I then realized the pillows were still damp. I brought them back and asked her to dry them again and I’d be back in an hour. When I returned, the bag wasn’t sealed like it was before when the items were washed and the pillows were just as damp as I left them. They didn’t dry them again. It was bad service and I won’t return.

Great laundromat. Takes Credit Cards. Keep in mind, if you look at their website, they have a pickup laundry service, so don’t be surprised if you don’t get your three machines in a row. The 4 or 5 times I have been there I have never had a problem finding machines, and I typically do 3 – 4 loads at a time. They have nice equipment there as well, my clothes come out cleaner then they did when I had a laundry machine. They could stand to keep the place a little bit cleaner, but for a laundromat it’s pretty good.
Another plus (reason for my rating) — Great staff. I left some clothes in a dryer by accident. Next day I call and find out they had taken my clothes from the drier and FOLDED them. I went to the laundromat, and there they were, all nice and folded. You can’t beat that!

I gave this place THREE chances…
the first time, it overcharged my debit card (the machines take credit cards) and it took me about 20 minutes to explain to the employee that was there and didn’t speak a word of English that one of my machines didn’t even have water running in it. She got me a new machine for no charge, but I never got my money back for the machines that overcharged me.
the 2^nd time, I came with cash, which on that day was a big mistake. All the machines were full. One of the ladies working there had to help me shove my quarters into the washers, which took about 15 minutes… ridiculous
Tonight, I gave it one more shot… They almost redeemed themselves until they had five or six workers in there at 8:30 at night taking machines out, drilling LOUDLY and WELDING metal… which smells great by the way… it friggin stunk, made me cough and they got crap everywhere… honestly, the owner couldn’t have waited an hour and done this when there were no customers?

Recently moved out of the area to Stamford and could not find a place that could hold a candle to this establishment! Been using them for years, as a freelance internal auditor in this economy and a bartender I have the most hectic schedule and these women that work there are Phenomenal, not only did I show up after 5 pm but they said i could pick it up at 7:30 THAT SAME NIGHT (mind was blown) they even used sensitive skin products just from picking up on my red chest from cuddling my baby puppy and a simple comment I made about being sensitive and used the most amazing smelling sensitive detergent and dryer sheets that my bed room smells fresh and clean, even now 2 days later! Try them so worth it, did I mention it’s a college town so their pricing is yet another way they spoil there customers. Highly recommend!!! I always tip the girls when I go, that attention to detail deserves recognition!

Nice staff, all new machines that accept coins AND credit cards.
The only thing I hate is that you can’t go there between 9: am and 3: pm-ish because there are 2 ladies who obviously take in laundry for a living that go there and take up ALL the machines and dryers at that time of day.
But if you go early like I do (at 7 or 8: am) you are in and out of there fast!
It’s located across from a Stop and Shop with a Starbucks inside, a Walgreens, a Dunkin Donuts and a diner.
…no more free wifi or any wifi…
