Bought a mattress two years ago that in hindsight was too soft. Although i love a soft mattress my back started to suffer horribly every morning. I called the store and was told that my mattress was still under warranty and that I would be able to upgrade and just pay the difference. The upgrade was an easy no hassle process. Now I have a firmer mattress and my back is happier!

When you are about to spend some serious dinero on anything, the experience should always be a pleasant one. You should never have regrets or bad feelings regarding what you spent. Sleeptrain assures that you are satisfied by giving you complete peace of mind. What an incredible concept for sales people (sense the sarcasm?). I was impressed and completely satisfied and I can wait to get our awesome tempurpedic mattress.

Was looking for a firm mattress for my brother who has back muscle spasms, I always hear sleep train ads & so many locations near so chose the one closest to me in Fairfield on Holiday lane. My only prerequisite was that it be delivered & old mattress hauled away to Orinda which is 45 min away… I will never forget Jerry Hollaway’s response, «if it’s between Mexico & Canada we can deliver it!» Needless to say, he showed us an array of mattresses firm & soft to show difference. Was knowledgable, and we got the job done effortlessly! I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a bed to visit Jerry Hollaway at Sleep train in Fairfield, CA!

Great selection of options both in comfort and price range! Sales people were very knowledgable, listened to my needs and never pressured me at any time. They bent over backwards to help me select the right mattress that best fit me. They also searched the web to price match any other sales their competitors were offering at that time! All in all, it was a very educational and pleasant buying experience!
