Got a 20 pack of nibblers to snack on while at the mall. Was happily munching them down for the next hour.

Every time we go to the Fairfield(Solano) Mall, my husband always wants to stop by Mrs. Fields. It’s like he thinks he needs a reward for going to the mall. Anyway, it’s a chain. It’s exactly what you would expect. They have a bunch of cookies. You will shell out a few dollars. I think they have some drinks too. When I was in high school, my friend asked my other friend out with a Mrs. Field’s cookie cake that said«Will you go to Prom with me?» on it. That was super cute. That’s probably the height of my Mrs. Fields experience. It’ a cookie. It tastes good(and…generic) and its bad for you. It’ll be around $ 1 or $ 2. That’s really all you need to know.

I love coming here for their nib cookies. It’s so good but super pricey. I used to come here 3x a week because I work inside the mall but buying it almost $ 24 a week it can be overwhelming your pocket. You just have to resist.

Cookies are delicious, but they gotta sell sea-salt and caramel chocolate chip cookies every day. I hate having to hunt it down annually.

The cookies are great, but this is for the«service». A friend of mine went here this past Monday, and bought two of their incredibly over-priced tins to take back overseas. He asked the girl to fill them up as much as possible, since the dozen cookies and browines that are in the price of the can tend to leave a lot of space in the tins, which really is a waste if one is carrying it all the way overseas. Well, she refused. Flat out. Feeling that she misunderstood him, he asked to again and again that he would gladly pay, of course, for the extra cookies. She refused. Flat out. My friend then had an idea of just buying cookies in a bag to take home and put them in the tins himself. She refused. Flat out. I knew Debbi Field’s when she opened her first store on the Peninsula in the late 70’s, and although she sold the company years ago, she would be appalled at this lack of simple customer service. Perhaps it was just an extended case of misunderstanding, but anyone in retail or the food trade knows that the First Rule of Customer Service is, «The customer is always right! So, people, go to another location.

Nothing beats a fresh baked Mrs. Fields cookie with a cold milk! The Breezers are delicious too and I order all my cakes from here.

What is it about Mrs. Fields Cookies that make me squirm? Is it the heavenly baked aroma, the gooey goodness, or is it the soft and chewy texture with every bite? I think it’s actually all the grease and sugar but oh well! I picked up a split — buy 3 get 1 free of White Chunk Macadamia and Chocolate Chip Cookies. Yummy! This mall store location also had cookie cakes to enjoy. Good service. My Monday just turned into a weekend…
