Quite possibly the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered! I needed to drop off a package and I asked a simple question about a tracking number and I was met with a counter employee who was rude and impatient. In an annoyed tone he kept repeating that it was my fault for not knowing the tracking number. Okay dude, I get it. I don’t need your condescending tone. I will never be back here and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to come here.

They have all kinds of services here. (I live close by.) It’s like a mini version of an office supply store, with photocopiers, computers, and a zillion other things. Much smaller than Kinko’s but competes very well. When I need something like that I prefer to go here.

I’ve used the mailbox service of this place for about 6-​months. I’ve been pleased with everything so far. The owner has been accommodating and always welcoming. Other than being randomly closed on a few days every now and then… I really can’t complain about anything.
Some of the complaints that others are listing are really not the fault of the business. FedEx and others do not allow retail locations to ship firearms. They are required to ship from depots (FFL here). Laptop batteries were banned from shipping for a while when there was a huge fire on a plane that originated from batteries.
I’m all for leaving a bad review when warranted, but this guy does not deserve it when it’s beyond his control. Maybe he could have delivered the message/​reason better?

The guy working here was extremely rude. I will not be back here. If you’re going to work in a customer service job where customers are being nice or decent, don’t be an asshole back to them. Also I can hear when you mutter and mumble shit about me when I’m leaving the store. So rude.

Screw this place. I had a package with a prepaid shipping label from FedEx and as soon as I declared the package contained a firearm (per fedex instructions I had to declare it) he refused to take the package. Before I declared the firearm he was gonna take it. The guy said «I don’t want firearms in here.» Advice for you: Don’t be an authorized FedEx shipper if you won’t ship a prepaid fedex package!!! You have 1 job!!! Mail!!!

Just like his dad before him, Mike is a wonderful human being who gives care to good service.
