Ok… I’ve eaten here several times with my wife and with friends. Tonight however, I tried to first place an order by phone, at 810pm, and there was no answer so I decided to drive there to place a carry-out order. Upon arrival before I got a hello or anything I was asked(by the woman who owns the place) «did you place an order already» I replied«No», she then tells me well I can’t take your order because we’re too busy. After a quick scan of the place I see maybe three(3!) groups. I CANNOT believe that my business was refused, fifty minutes before closing furthermore I watched people enter after I left! I will NEVER spend money here again and will advise all I know to do the same. Too bad, I liked this place…

This is probably one of my favorite Sushi spots in the northern Cincinnati area. They alway have fresh quality and are very kind. It’s nice and quiet in there and they normally have some soft religious music playing. I also like them because of how quick and efficient their service is. I don’t like fried rolls and I wanted to try one on the list and they told me they could make any of the fried ones raw if that’s what I wanted. I’ve never tried anything else here as far as other food is concerned, but my favorites here: –playboy roll — delta force(not fried) …I could go on but I won’t lol.

Great Sushi! It’s hard to find good sushi outside of the city in my opinion and this place delivered. Friendly staff too! The sushi options are pretty decent. There are some unique vegetarian options, like avocado and peanuts. The place itself is very dark, but modern and updated. The only complaint I have is the poor ventilation. You walk out smelling like a piece of fried food. I probably won’t be back due to that. It’s close to my office, but I can’t go back to work smelling like a deep fryer! It may be a good option for take out though!

Had a great meal. The service was perfect and the rolls tasted as expected. The inside of the restaurant is very nice. We will be happy to return.

I was skeptical when we first came here. I’m fairly picky when it comes to sushi restaurants, but Lords did not disappoint. I had the Spider roll, Sunday roll, and the Delta Force Roll. My wife had the Philly, the Crab rangoon roll, and the Monday roll. They were delicious. Very well proportioned rolls. We didn’t wait long at all and best of all it was under $ 50. It’s very quiet and peaceful inside with very nice decorations. I highly recommend this sushi establishment.

The sushi is okay… i was disappointed by the lack of freshness in the seaweed. I’ve had my fair share of Spider rolls, and it was subpar. The Ohio roll was pretty good, but i forgot my normal test of salmon sashimi, so unfortunately the jury is still out on the place. The prices were very reasonable, which may explain the lack of quality seaweed.

This place is just OK. I wasn’t especially impressed with anything I tried. Although, the salad dressing was pretty top notch. Probably won’t go back. I’ve had much better sushi for much cheaper.

Best sushi I’ve had in the northern Cincinnati area! My husband and I are avid sushi consumers and we are so happy to have found a place that we can finally say offers great quality sushi!

The sushi is fantastic. From the outside, the restaurant doesn’t look like much, but it’s really nice and clean on the inside. One unique aspect of this place is that there are signs all over saying no cell phone usage. At first, we were taken aback by this; however, it was nice. No one at our table was using his/her phone the whole meal. I liked that. Beyond this small detail, the food was great and the service was great. We asked a lot of questions, and our waitress was more than happy to explain the sauces, the rolls, and even the consistency of what we were ordering. I will eat here again. While everything was great that we ordered, I loved the South Korea roll most. I also ate the Red Snapper Nigiri, and that was so fresh and delicious! No alcohol here though!

Some of the best Sushi I’ve ever had. Great service, great prices, and a clean comfortable atmosphere. My only complaint would be that they don’t serve alcohol, not a deal breaker though. I will definitely be a regular here and I don’t know of anything in the area that compares.

The saying«don’t judge a book by its cover» holds true for this place because the outside is in no way suggestive of what’s inside. The outside is not exactly inviting but inside, the décor is contemporary and rather fancy. You may also take notice of the quiet atmosphere and several empty tables — also not indicative of the quality of the sushi and the service. I am actually surprised to have found sushi this good in this side of town! I had to come back a few more times before writing this review to make sure my first visit wasn’t a fluke! So let’s get down to the food. The raw salmon and tuna are always delectable and fresh. The rolls are consistently of perfect size and never rice-heavy. If you love Nigiri as much as I do, it’s $ 2 per piece and well worth it because they are generous with the fish slices! The rolls range from $ 6 — $ 10 and they usually come in 8 pieces. My recommendations are as follows: alaskan roll, vegetable roll, playboy roll, fireworks roll, and my ultimate favorite — red fire roll. The place may look dead but they actually get a lot of to-go orders. I’ve been served by the same lady the couple times I’ve gone there. She’s usually the only server but she can definitely hold the fort. Shes friendly, quick, and attentive! Once again, don’t let the outside deceive you. This place is worth a try, I promise!

I am a huge sushi fan and I am always trying out different sushi joints, and I will say that the Lords Sushi is the best sushi I’ve ever had, the service and people are fast and friendly and the presentation is always prestine. It’s innovative and quality sushi every time I come

Little tucked away spot in Fairfield. The waitress is extremely friendly and provides outstanding service. All of the sushi is made fresh and it’s delicious. The crab Rangoon roll will make you wish you had ordered more. Overall very calm ambiance with excellent service and good sushi. No complaints here

Not quite sure what to think of this place. Friendly Korean owned joint. Sushi seems OK, real basic rolls. Decent prices. But there isn’t much depth to their menu. Primarily limited to sushi rolls only, no real entrees. They are on my way home from work and convenient when I want a quick and reasonable sushi fix, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here if you aren’t in the area. I think they are listed as Korean here on Unilocal but there really isn’t anything on their menu that’s Korean beyond a hybrid chirashi dish they serve with bibimbop sauce on the side. If you want Korean head to Moon Garden down the road. And speaking of Chirashi — their chirashi has krab stick(imitation crab) c’mon this isn’t Kroger, you can do better than that especially at $ 15.

Terrible service. I’ve attempted to eat there but on my last two visits i came an hour before closing but I was immediately denied service. They claimed they ran out of rice? Extremely poor management… They also refuse to hire new employees and as a result they only have the owner serving the entire restaurant so bring your patience if you decide to eat here and make sure you go at least two hours before they close if you want don’t want to hear their excuses… Try Ichiban, cloud nine, mr sushi, or Wild Ginger… They have a much better experience and their sushi is just as good; if not better.

I came to this restaurant for lunch and I wasn’t all that impressed. I ordered the hibachi chicken with fried rice and a Sunday roll. The Sunday roll was just eh okay. The hibachi chicken didn’t have much flavor even after adding sauces to it. Next time I’m in the mood for hibachi or sushi, I’ll be heading to the Fuji Steak House in Fairfield, they have the best hibachi I’ve had!

This was my first time getting sushi. I was a little nervous with it being my first time, but it was a great experience. I wanted to try two completely different rolls so I could experience more, so I ordered the spicy tuna roll and the Sunday roll. The spicy tuna roll seemed like your typical raw sushi roll, so i had to try that. The Sunday roll is a tempura battered roll with salmon, cream cheese, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. Both were amazing and would definitely order both again in a heart beat. The restaurant itself was really nice inside. Surprisingly so considering the location. The serivce was solid, and it was fun to watch them make the sushi. Over all Lords Sushi gave me a great experience for my first time getting sushi, and I will definitely be back.

Unilocal community, I think I found a diamond in the rough! I’ve tried cloud 9, dancing Wasabi, Bangkok bistro, and Saigon Café and I think this one takes the cake. I brought a group of 7 and they had to combine tables to accommodate, but it easily worked. The people were very nice and it had a very nice ambience. The food was really good too. Between the group, we got sushi, miso soup, salad, dumplings, chicken fried rice, and chicken teriyaki. Everyone enjoyed there meal and I especially enjoyed my sushi. The other great aspect is the price. It’s very reasonably priced and they split checks. Plus this is family owned and I’ll support that all day long. On the side, they had really cool ice cubes. They also had the coolest little candies they give you after you pay. I will be back often and I recommend it!
