KFC

Horrible service ! They had me pull up to the parking lot & Waited over 20 minutes to get my order for 3 chicken littles ! Ordered extra mayo and they put light mayo. Cmon now I’m late to work. Won’t be coming back.

i don’t why i keep going back to this place. i’ve never got a correct order and what makes it worse is that my order tonight had mash potato and water not gravy and honey bbq strip with honey and no bbq i think the health department needs a visit.. i wouldn’t spend a rusted penny there

I haven’t had KFC Chicken for probably 10 years or so although I loved their x-​crispy chicken a lot. The reason I quit eating there, is I could always (every time) rely on the meal to flush my innards within 25 – 30 minutes. It wouldn’t matter which KFC I went to, I needed to be close the throne in time for the flushing to begin.
So, after 10 years of other chicken, we decided to try KFC again and I knew I would be home all night so didn’t worry about the flushing. My order was a bucket of x-​crispy chicken (12 – 16 piece, don’t remember), and my 3 large sides were mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and mac n cheese. The muffins were included. The staff were friendly.
Got home and unpacked the dinner. I’m looking forward to tasting the chicken again. The chicken bucket was ²⁄₃ full of chicken and the lid from a smaller bucket was sitting on top of the chicken. I didn’t count the chicken pieces and I really don’t have any reason to doubt I got the right number.
The chicken had nothing close to «crisp» on it much less «x-​crisp». The meat was very tasty and moist. One piece was close to being under done. The skin was coated and floppy, but still tasty.
The corn on the cob was like most chicken places’ corn that I’ve had. It was very over cooked, tasteless but it was hot.
The mac n cheese had the taste of cheese but the texture was that of smooth mush. There was no distinction between one piece of mac and another it was so over cooked. No «al denti» here. No telling how old it was.
The mash and gravy was quite good, well seasoned and hot.
The muffins were old and dry, even when using honey.
30 minutes after eating, no body flush. All night, no body flush. I’m shocked, but I guess over the years KFC must have changed the type of oil they used or something else. I don’t know.
OK, so it was a $ 32 experiment. I have the results. Flush or not, it doesn’t matter. I won’t be going back to KFC if the only thing there I really liked a lot is the mash n gravy. Back to Popeye’s in the future.

Well I’ve always loved KFC foods. The Other Night I had a wonderful customer service experience. Your Cashier Tamyra was very pleasant and made me feel important when I visited. I didn’t have to ask for sauce, butter or napkins. She checked the order b4 giving it to me. But most of all she was honest about what chicken they had left at the end of the night. I have had experienced in the past were they have taking my money then told me they don’t have what I wanted. The was honesty TAMYRA Had is exactly what KFC and customers need. I recommend TAMYRA TRAIN other employees.

I ordered and one of the items was a doublelicious chicken burger they said they make those to order so I’d have to park and wait 8 minutes. I’ve been waiting 20 they just came out to tell me they dropped my food and it would be another 5 minutes… Seriously?!

If I could give this KFC no stars I would. Workers are horrible, food is horrible, every time I’ve gone — HORRIBLE.
I don’t know if the workers hate the manager or if they have internal problems but they sure know how to take it out on the customers.
Bottom line — if you have other options to satisfy your fried chicken craving, go for it.

They really do have some special people that work here. They usually never have the type of chicken that you want towards the last three hours of being open. Then they tell you that they have raspberry lemonade when they don’t have it because the tap has been broken for a couple months. There always having open interviews because they must have such a high turnover rate because of people not following directions or just simply not caring about working at this location. Seems like every time I go here somebody is always just dragging ass whether it be in the drive-​through or inside at the counter.

They are friendly but very absent minded and will forget multiple aspects of your order. Outside looks good, they will take your order professionally. But when it comes to actually filling your order they just forget and not just small things but multiple large platters. CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave!!!

This is the best KFC in the area. Very polite and friendly place, even the customers! They have very hard working crew, took our order quickly and made sure we got everything we ordered. The food tasted great. Overall very happy with this place. This place beats all other KFC’s in our area.

I went there tonight they had 7 people in line 10 min for each person then when we got there there had no chicken they never have spicy wings. I want to say there service sucks

It’s a Long John Silver/​KFC. Did the manager from Suisun moved here? I used to not worry about my order but since they messed up twice, I might have to go to Popeye’s.

It’s KFC. It’s Chiken and fries is always delicious. Cheap and tasty. That’s what I love from KFC.
Also the service of this store is one other great point. Seriously. The guy behind the register is so polite and friendly. The place was so neat among many other KFCs I have ever been to. Surprisingly I was fully satisfied with their management.
It is a drive thru so you take away if you do not have time to sit inside.
