My family purchased 2 rings in the past 2 weeks from this outstanding establishment, they have backed up all the promises they made and also honors our veterans with a nice discount! If you are in this mall for a gift or just browsing the jewelry sales, I suggest making this store your first stop.

The sales associate named Carlo is ridiculously handsome and super friendly! He knows his stuff — would go back just for him

One star because I’m happy with the item I purchased, another star because one of the employees was able to at least put a smile on my face while we were in the store. Stay away from the older blonde hair blue eyed lady from hawaii. she was chit chatting with someone when we came in and didn’t even ackowledge us(my husband and I look really young) so I made it a point to stand directly in front of her once I was over waiting for help. We found the necklace we liked and asked if she could hold it for no more than an hour and she said no problem(we wanted to check out one last jeweler) Upon returning, blonde lady was busy was customers and we were greated by a beautiful smile, the young lady with redish purplish hair who is «always cold when at work»(I was having hot flashes in their store from being prego) anyways-she was just a total sweetheart and was very attentive to not just us but other customers as well! Both registers were in use when we came back so we had to wait and she made sure to check up on us and offered us water. When blonde lady had a break from talking entirely too much to customers she noticed we were back and that the sweet girl was now helping us-and blonde made sure to tell her from across the store that we were HER customers. Its not what you say, its how you say it. I get it, you probably have incentives to make sales, thats fine. but you don’t have to be openly rude to your coworker in front of customers! I could definitely see a lil tension between the two and made me sad for the sweet girl! Of course blonde lady talked ears off while ringing us up and made other rude comments to the sweet girl right in front of us! For instance-I was making a purchase for my sister and wanted to know if there was a helzberg near her. Sweet girl takes the time to look it up for me on her phone while blonde looked it up in their books and was naming off places very close to my sister as if there were locations there but then told me there wasn’t… she was confusing us all! Sweet girl took charge and showed me exactly where one was on a map. Needless to say, any future purchases we make will be from the sweet girl only, that’s a definite!

Nice selection of jewelry. Good location A bit pricey compared to Kay and Zales which are located in the same mall. Plus, Kay and Zales have coupons on a regular basis that are good on regular and sales prices while Helzberg seems to never have coupons valid on sales/clearance items which makes them even more expensive than the competitors. Really friendly staff but since they work on commission they are very aggressive at «helping» you and really try to sell you things you had no intention of buying. One of the sales people kept bringing random items to me that she insisted I try on. Some might call this great customer service but I was overwhelmed and irritated. If you are just browsing you might want to skip this store. I guess if you know what item you are looking for the staff’s «enthusiasm» could be helpful. However, I would still be cautious, I could imagine they would try to sell you more items or spend more money than you had intended.

I went here to get my engagement and wedding rings soldered together. The cost? Something like $ 150, including a re-finishing. Ridiculous! I went literally RIGHT upstairs to St. Andrews and it was $ 80, also including the re-finishing. Too pricey for me, thanks.
