I have to say out of the three Dennys in our area, this is the one that I would recommend the least. First of all my husband ordered a salad instead of fries with his burger. Most places would serve the salad before bringing the burger. Our waitress brought his burger and said«I’ll go get his salad now» Who eats salad after their burger? I don’t know but it seemed strange to me. Our waitress did not come to check on us until she brought our check. The service here was lacking.

Well, at least they were open on Thanksgiving! Service was slow, and the mug that came with my tea had someone’s leftovers still in it, and the mashed potato sides secretly came covered in gravy(yuck!)… but hey, they also have lots of choices and it’s not overly loud or yuppie

Our server, Pako, a real sweetheart. Still, no offer to refill our water, the mac n cheese not cheesy, I mean, hardly any cheese flavor and who are we kidding, it was just a bad prep of the Kraft box stuff. Not Pako’s fault. The lady who rang up our bill just turned the whole experience from OK into a bad Unilocal review. Also not Pako’s fault. She was rude, took a personal call while ringing me up after making me wait a ridiculous amount of time. The place was not busy. There were plenty of staff around. And she was clearly the person in charge. So, the food? Two stars, about what I expected. Pako, three stars for the water refill failure but balanced by his truly sweet nature. Manager lady? One star. Still, like I said, better than expected given the place’s rep. Here, real dialogue between me and my girl while waiting for food over empty water glasses: Samantha: You know what I like about this place? Me: No, what? Samantha: There’s no gum under the table.

Each and every meal had something missing from it. Like really !! Who would forget the bacon!!! Very greasy food cooked in old oil and tasted nasty. All put together by someone who should have never be cooking. My plate looked like I was finished before I started. Never go there again.

Tried to go here after my brothers graduation. Sat at the door waiting to be seated for over 15 minutes and ended up just walking out. There were 6 of us. Normally I would just let it slide if they were busy or were short handed. But I saw 5 different people come our way and look right at us with only 3 other tables to look after that’s just ridiculous

This place is horrible! I was not a fan at all with the food, tea or the eggs. Service was ok except the one waitress who wanted to be loud and make it known to the place that it wasn’t here fault for the food mistake. Then she decided to tell them to box it up so she can take it home to her boyfriend. I do not recommend this place at all!

Reading all the reviews, baby and I must have lucked out at this place. We were on our way back from SF and decided to stop for a quick alternative to the drive thru. On May 27, 2015 two young ladies were working. I believe one had dark hair and the other had blonde hair. The darker haired lady was our server and her personality rocked. The only downside was that they must have went on break after we got our food because we had to flag then down for additions and payment. We were in and out super quick.

This location is much better than the one by the freeway. Service is not always tip top, but I’m always happy when we get Thomas as our server. He is on top of everything and always kind. Some of the ladies here seem easily distracted, or just don’t really care. I will continue to come here occasionally as long as the service does not decline further.

Very… Very… Veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy slow service. Waited at the door for a good 10 minutes to get seated and to take our order took another 25 minutes and it wasn’t even that busy at all. Our drinks ain’t even here yet and it has been 15 minutes now. My butt cheeks are numb from sitting too long LOL. It is very hard to catch a waitress attention. They are mostly behind the counter cleaning??? I see a table across from us that family was irritated as well because they were waiting for someone to take their order. When we were done with our food it took another 20 minutes for the waitress to come by our table I had to get up and get noticed were leaving. All in all not the best Denny’s location I’ve been to. Wouldn’t come back again.

Its a Denny’s so one should expect a Denny’s type of service and meal. This place was extremely dirty. It amazes me how this place does not clean up under that tables. The window sills were dusty and had cob webs all over. The food was OK, see my earlier note. The waitress was friendly at least.

We have been going here for a long time and service is really good! Today is not one of those days! Let me tell you why: 1st when we came in Danielle, the lady who is in charge in directing us to our seat doesn’t know where she will put us, she suggested a booth right next to bathroom and when I said no she looked confused. I pointed to the booth way to the back and she look hesitant to give that booth to us until one of coworkers in the register told her it’s ok. 2nd the server who is assigned to the back section(she is a Hispanic decent with braids. she’s wearing a Maroon shirt and not wearing name tag so I don’t know her name.)ignored us! She attended to all customers in the back except us! We’ve been sitting for maybe less than 5 mins and suddenly another customer who sat 2 tables right next to our table a lady and child came in. who the server happened to be associated with and started chatting –and guess what?! They got served right away! She got them their coffee, water, and juice in less than a minute! She didn’t even check how we are or if someone took or drinks or what. I saw her look at me and then look away. I’m so annoyed so the next time she walk in our table I asked her if we can at least have our drinks. And she just told me that someone will bring it to us. When we finally got our drinks from another server, suddenly this server who has been ignoring us since we sat on our table keep on asking if I want more coffee 2x…(it’s like seriously?! Now that someone is attending to us, you are coming around) the nerve right! I also noticed that this particular server, will get ur drinks right away if you’re Hispanic as well! I’ve seen other customers who end up waiting a long time for the drinks to come out! Also I didn’t know if Danielle is also intentionally doing this, but I’ve seen her wipe other tables and will leave her rag on the table right next to me! It’s like so much disrespect on one day! Why can’t u take it with you?! I hate going to places where they look at you and treat you like ur a piece of shit! Place like this should be friendly, accommodating and they should make you feel welcome! By the way our server Katelyn is really nice. Hopefully the management will do something about the other employees who disrespects customers and gets away with it because no one has the guts to bring it to the managements attention! Not going back anymore!

I did more waiting than my waiter! My food was cold and I never got my coffee refilled! My drinks didn’t come til my good did and I had to ask twice for To-Go containers. I waited for even more time standing at the counter for someone to even acknowledge me so I could pay for my food!

Contrary to my experiences with the other Denny’s right across the freeway, my feelings are moderate regarding this Denny’s. I’d give it a 3.5 for a restaurant, but a 4 for a Denny’s… you know? Pretty good service, in general the people are friendly and check in on you and have personality, but know when to just let you eat. The food is appropriately cheaply made(about what you expect a $ 6 meal to taste like – not stellar, but definitely good enough to eat).

Went to this Denny’s with my husband today for an early dinner. Our server was Sonia & she was awesome! We never had to wait for our drinks to be filled, and it didn’t take long for our food to come out. The food was prepared well. Coffee was decent. This is quite different from a usual late-night Denny’s experience.

I’ve been coming to this Denny’s location for years now and have seen the good & bad. You tend to get really bad service on Friday nights, but that seems like it’s usually the case at the restaurants in this area. Friday nights are definitely the slowest and sometimes it seems like your waiter is ignoring you altogether. They recently remodeled the inside of the place. Its a lot more updated and welcoming. During the day, the have pretty good service. The food is pretty good and pretty cheap. No real complaints. Hopefully it stays that way.

I ordered a Mac N Cheese patty melt to go over the phone, they said they were out of the macaroni shells, so I settled for the regular macaroni, the lady over the phone said it would take 10 minutes. When I got there, 10 minutes there, I waited 5 minutes until the waitress at the register helped me, I told her I placed an order ahead & she said okay. 10 minutes later, I paid for the patty melt and waited ANOTHER10 minutes for it to be ready… What the Hell?!! To top it off… when I got home, I opened the plastic box and there was no MAC&CHEESE inside the patty melt… Helllaellla disappointed and they charged me for the price of the MACANDCHEESEPATTYMELT! Hella Pissed off… and i hadn’t eatten all freakin’ day.(T_T) I was looking forward to that mac & cheese patty melt…
