Will and Nancy Jacobs were my mortgage loan officers in April, 2015. I originally was going to go with my credit union but during the comparison process discovered Will Jacobs. These days, you are often speaking to random call center employees about one of the most important loans you will ever take on in your life. Will is a seasoned loan officer who understands the ins and outs of mortgages. I was getting a VA loan and he was truly an expert in that as well. When I chose my settlement company (a personal friend), they were delighted to find out Will was the loan officer because he is so experienced. They were able to match my credit union rate but with 10 times better service. They always picked up the phone and responded promptly. When settlement approached and my nerves were high, Will was calm and took care of anything outstanding immediately. Please do not hesitate to use this team.
