Coworker and I went to purchase a gift for another coworker who is retiring. Two staff members were really kind and respectful, although each of them quoted me two different prices. Not sure what title Erica holds, but she was rude. I thanked her for her time and she didn’t even acknowledge. She complained the whole time about how she is tired and and how she is on the the wrong meds. Customers services here not the best.

I have never had a better customer service experience! To long of a story, but the gist of it, I ordered on line, a word was appeared due to a computer glitch and was mistakenly engraved. Not only did they redo it, they even fixed the engraving because the font wasn’t dark enough.(I recommend paying the extra $ 5 for the better font!!) On the second try there was a mix up on where the engraving was to go, could have been my fault, but they didn’t ask, they just redid it! All the while with a super friendly demeanor. Great service and beautiful products! The engraver is a sweetheart and if you are going to engrave, call and ask for her opinion on the font, she knows what she is talking about!

I am going to my best friend’s wedding out of town and forgot to get the gift engraved ahead of time. I arrived at the store at 8:30 pm last night, 1 hour before closing and was frantic bc I was heading out this morning at 8 am. I talked with Rhonda and she told me that she would have it ready the next morning and would be in early, before I left and before the store was even open. I was able to pick up the gift at 7am(which was perfect and looked wonderful) and was still able to begin my drive at 8. I really appreciate her going above and beyond!

Be attentive of pricing. It can go up pretty fast with«premium» fonts and even from signing up for the Rewards card. Before purchasing a few items, I asked about pricing and by the end, I had paid extra for«premium» fonts, and $ 10 for a rewards card. The rep never notified me, nor did any of the catalogs tell me I was choosing premium fonts.(Another review below talks about how the non-premium fonts are not very visible, so I guess that you’ll likely want to get premium fonts.) All in all, I think the reps try to be helpful, but they just aren’t. I’d probably go back once, just to use my «rewards,» but I doubt I’ll go back after that.

I bought a frame online and had it engraved for a friends anniversary. It costs about 60 $ and I can barely see the engraving. It looks like a scribble at the top. When you go to pick it up from the store, they shine a bright light right on top of it when youre looking at it so you can see what it says, but when you go home you see what it’s really like. I think its a cheap trick, you shouldnt have«premium» fonts that show for extra money. They dont tell you that the non premiums ones wont show at all. Im already paying an extra 30 $ to have the frame engraved, its pathetic that it doesnt even show.

Bought a pen for my wife, and it wasn’t writing well and the inside of the top kept coming or staying on the end of the tip of pen. Simple exchange took care of the problem. They did ask for a receipt, don’t know why? But exchanged it without it!
