The staff was extremely impatient and rude. Not a smile and even mocked my friend when asking about the happy hour … The drinks came out like any other starbucks

It’s only worth coming to this location if you absolutely need space to do work and the Fair Lakes store is overcrowded.

I went to another Starbucks down the road first — almost no parking and there were zero wall outlets. Came to this one and there is tons of parking, including covered garage parking steps away. No line. Way more outlets. And when I messed up my order the manager was super nice and fixed it. I have a Starbucks down the street from where I live but I might start coming to this one more often.

This location is convenient to my office but it is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The morning rush results in lines every single day. There seem to be a lot of new people who haven’t been properly trained. Those who have been there for awhile either spend most of their time chatting with each other instead of keeping things moving or just have a «don’t care» attitude.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks at least 2x a week for the past year. Stephanie is very sweet, she always remembers my name and my order(when i don’t change it for a while but she will also remember my new order immediately if I do change up my order!). I have no complaints whatsoever.

Its a starbucks. Normally i have no isuses with it, but this afternoon I must have shown up during sassy B hour. A little too much attitude with my coffee. Otherwise, no issues. Near my office and nice, efficient employees.

Smaller scale Starbucks but excellent service and great location, next to Whole Foods. Several outside tables & plenty of parking too. Great sense of community here, inviting atmosphere.

When it’s below freezing… and the wind is blowing… and you need some java juice… this is not a bad option… drive-thru and go.

Some of the worst service I have seen at a starbucks. Lady at register was yelling at me for an order when I could not even see her. Even the lady in front of my thought that she was yelling at her about an order instead of me. Very strange. Then the barista was to busy talking on the phone to communicate what the drinks were. After I finally figured out my drink. All the tables were disgustingly dirty. Some looked as if they had not been cleaned in days or longer. Very disappointing.

Friendly spot, they know me, I’m there all the time and try my best to be the easiest customer ever. They see me, are friendly, and try to get me out of there as fast as possible because I’m actually READY to order and don’t think for 20 minutes when you’ve been standing there for 25. A little exaggerated I know but the point is its consistent in all aspects and its GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD. 5 lovely stars

Took 10 min to get my drinks after the people behind me in line were served, WTF?

I was having a bad day and needed a caffeine kick. I blurted out my «complicated» order wrong and the cashier didn’t understand me. I smiled and said my order again correctly. I paid and walked over to the stand for my drink. I over heard the cashier talking to the batista about how they don’t like customers who don’t know how to order. HELLOASSHOLE I’m right here. Coffee Nazi! There’s another Starbucks location down the street in the same complex as Whole Foods. That’s where I’ll be going from now on.

Lots of cushy seating, very spacious location. The Greenbriar location is narrow and cramped. This place never feels too crowded. Friendly baristas too.

This is the best Starbucks out of the 20 or so within 5 miles of here. The service is excellent, drinks are never messed up, and the staff is top notch. I drive out of my way to come to this one.

This is my ABSOLUTEFAVORITE Starbucks. Being an avid Starbucks drinker [read as: addict] I have visited quite a few Starbucks in my day. I live ½ a mile from another Starbucks but will ALWAYS go out of my way to visit this one. The service is exceptionally quick, super friendly, and I have never had my drink order messed up. I would highly recommend this Starbucks over others in the area.

Like some of the other reviewers have said, it’s surprising that a Starbucks was put in the Eastern Market shopping center when there is another less than half a mile away in the Fair Lakes Shopping Center. But you know what? I’m glad they put this one here. It is by far my favorite one and it’s the one I frequent. There is never a long line, the baristas are very friendly, and the drinks are always great. I’ve never had the wrong drink given to me and they always taste fantastic. They also care about the community and have generously offered a donation when I hosted a fundraiser a couple of years ago. The only thing I wish this Starbucks had is more space. I haven’t had the pleasure of chilling out here more than once but I would love if there were more couch space. Would be a great place to go when I need some laptop time away from the dog. :)

The Missus and I are not big coffee drinkers, but we do like a nice place to go and relax in the evening without the pressure of ordering food off a menu or whatever. In our searches, we haven’t found a lot of places that are open after 9:30PM, and this Starbucks is no different. There’s been many a time we’ve rushed to get to this place before it closes, but that’s mainly because it’s one of the best Starbuck’s we’ve ever visited. Yes, I know, Starbuck’s is everywhere. There are multiple locations inside malls & multiple locations along the same streets. Let’s face it, They’re the McDonald’s of coffee houses. It’s the price they pay for being the first, I guess. But that doesn’t make them any less popular than they are. I still see lines in the morning at any Starbuck’s I walk or drive past. But all that aside, this Starbuck’s is just a little different. For whatever reason, it comes across as being off the beaten path. It’s quiet, clean and the employees are pleasant and they remember you and your previous orders. There’s no busy streets outside it, so sitting outdoors is quite enjoyable on a summer’s eve. The Missus and I each have a handful of favorite drinks here. When it’s hot I get the iced tea and she gets the fruity flavored tea. When it’s cooler I get the hot tea latte and she’ll get a decaffeinated brew. As I said, the downside is that this place closes at 9:30PM. Funny thing is, that doesn’t stop people from sitting outside this Starbucks for long after it has closed. The area is well-lit and on a nice night we’ve seen the outside tables full for hours after the staff has packed up and gone home. This also has the side effect of drawing in other folks who think the place is still open based on the crowd still relaxing outside the establishment. They are usually quite disappointed when they find the doors locked. It’s a nice place. We definitely recommend it.

Of the many Starbucks within a few a minutes of one another(I count six), this is the best. The baristas rock, the store is always clean and the drinks are fresh.

It’s amazing to me how close together some Starbucks are — this one for example is only a one minute drive from the Fair Lakes Shopping Center around Fairlakes Circle to the«East Market at Fair Lakes» retail complex! In a quest that could be compared to the movie«The Never Ending Story,» our journey takes us to the latest blight on the American Landscape — another Starbucks! This one has a strange and interesting architectural element — it’s like a tower of some sort over the Starbucks — see the attached review photo. I think they should have seating up there for Starbucks customers. That way we can spend time checking out the«Oh so scenic parking lot!» :-) I got my juice for the moment — A Grande coffee of the day — added my java modifiers(sounded like I was programming in Java for a moment — didn’t it?), and thus was well on my way to achieving caffeinated nirvana bliss.
