Understaffed and the barista dude looks absolutely miserable… His apron looks filthy and he acts as though he hates his life… This location creates a bad rep for the Starbucks Corporation. Assistance is severely needed! No sense of urgency and takes much longer than reasonable. Target should really hire new barista and properly provide solid customer service training. Also tell the barista to wash his apron. It’s disgusting. Also tell the barista to smile once in a while. Or quit his job.

I walked in to Target, I walked up to the register. There were two employees busy washing and cleaning rather than taking the orders for 3 – 4 people in line. That was pretty interesting. I mean do they want customers or no? So after 2 minutes… the girl at the register was just looking at me waiting for me to order. There was no greeting not even any response just a blank stare(deer in the headlights). I’m like ok I’ll order then. This is definitely a neglected Starbucks. Gets a lot of business and their drinks are consistent. Just never seen such awkward silence waiting for the customer to order than saying hi. One star for not knowing basic human communication skills…

Felt awful for the poor girl working all by herself today as cashier and barista while there was a continuous line of at least 10 people. I gave this starbucks 2 stars only because the barista was so nice. She smiled, greeted, and thanked me for my patience while she juggled taking orders and making drinks while the starbucks was busy busy. Management really needs to consider hiring some more staff so it doesn’t take 20 minutes just for me to get my afternoon latte. I’m sure some wouldn’t be as patient as I was.

Yeah, No. Went here early in the AM and they had nothing stocked, and it looked bare. Never again — I’ll go to the one less than .2 miles away. Shame.

A convenient place to grab a latte(coffee, tea, whatever SB item tickles your fancy) while you shop(window or otherwise) — talk about retail therapy! :P The ladies working on this particular day were nice & helpful. I tried the gingerbread latte for the first time based on their recommendation — pretty good.
