Very slow, takes forever to get a drink or food. If you are in a rush, I’d skip this Starbucks and try another nearby coffee shop.

Clean, not too busy but has its spurts of traffic. Only one girl at the register and one barista making all the drinks and doing the toaster orders. Not the most efficient. Beware of scalding hot coffee as well.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks. I’ve had issues here and there but today was my biggest annoyance. I tried to use a reward and I scanned my phone. It didn’t go through. They gave me a refund and tried again, and forgot to scan the reward. I told them to forget it, and that I didn’t need to use the reward today. The woman was rude and just held up my time and plenty of others in line. In addition, she scolded me a few times which was just plain ridiculous. This Starbucks needs better customer service, I wasted my time and money here today. I tried coming here another day while ordering ahead– I arrived 10 mins later to see my order had not been started yet.

This is a typical Starbucks. I’ve been using Starbuck’s online order ahead feature. I ordered when I was a few minutes away, and my drink was ready and waiting for me. I didn’t have to wait in a line.

Really nice baristas. I wish they had higher salaries as I know Starbucks does not pay them very much. Standard starbucks in a nice shopping mall

Not really up to the standard here. Weird location and everything inside was a little bit«off».

There is a blonde female cashier with shoulder length hair, Middle Aged, she’s extremely rude, she would make faces if you are taking time to order, I have stopped going to this location because of her, and would recommend to stay away, I used to go to this place daily

They make the caramel crunch frappucino and it’s the best I’ve had. Not sure if they add extra caramel syrup on the bottom or what. Got to use my bday reward and snagged one for free! Love the cake pops and the oatmeal is good if you’re in a hurry. Free Wi-fi and a few tables if you need to work. This spot is normally fairly clean and I’ve only been in one time when the lady behind the counter was kinda short with people — apparently someone called in sick and they were down a person. Other than for that, great service!

Looking for a spot with plenty of seating, this is it. Came for coffee and to do some writing. The frappuccinos they made were spot on delicious. But the bathrooms were nasty dirty and it’s a bummer when people are allowed to smoke in the outside seating area.

The cashier was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care about the customers she kept rolling her eyes, if you see a blonde female with hair to the top of her shoulders(I would post her name but you guessed it no name tag) behind the counter good luck. She was visibly annoyed with us muttering under her breath because we split payment. The worst experience I have ever had with a Starbucks. As an avid Starbucks drinker and invested I am disgusted and will never do business here again.

I truly enjoy this Starbucks, simply because a few of the workers are very friendly. There are always the few people who seem like they hate there job but mostly friendly faces. The front sitting area is small but there is another area(room) in the back with some nice chairs to sit in. It is usually always busy but the line always goes very quickly. One of the workers(I think the manager) always knows my name even though it’s been months or longer between visits.

Popped in for a sweetness to finish off my dinner next door(do try Elephant Jumps — it’s awesome). Service was speedy and they got my decaf latte prepared properly. No complaints. It’s a small and narrow Starbucks with a few tables outside that are under the overhang. My weather was great, but if it’s a rainy day then you might want to come here and sit outside to still be dry with your coffee! No drive through.

Maybe they read my last one. Ahem!!! I am upping my review because things have changed. Now, I can walk in there and all the people know my order. I could be a mute and they would still know my order. LOL I don’t know anyone’s name but the Asian guy that usually wears big glasses is great. There’s also another young lady there that knows my order and even puts a little heart by my name. I like her. It seems they get new staff a lot though which I don’t like but I’m sure those barristas are moving on to bigger and better things.

Awesome staff and well trained with superb manners. No ugly faces and rilling eyes when a customer do not know what to order.

The location is small and you have to walk past the register to get in line. Some people miss the small sign directing the line. The area with trash and napkins is often dirty — these are my reasons for minus one star. The good is that there is lots of parking and the baristas never mess up my drink. Beware: it’s really hard to turn left into the shopping center

Absolutely terrible. This does not even deserve a one star rating. Never in my life have I received such rude and disrespectful behavior from any starbucks before. Before I purchased two cake pops, the sign CLEARLY stated that it was 2 for $ 2.50. Including tax, it should have been no more than $ 3. However, the total came to be about $ 3.13, so I corrected the cashier and stated that it was $ 2.50 for two cakepops. The cashier then proceeded to flail his arms, rolling his eyes, and argue with me, stating that he had no control over the price and could not change it. Then, some other employee intervened to ask what the issue was. I explained to him that the cashier was giving me extreme lack of respect. It didn’t alleviate any of my issues when he stated the same exact words as he did. No aplogies, no remorse, nothing. If THEY are the ones to make the sign specifically stating a certain price, any customer would expect that price to be final. They should have changed the sign beforehand; they are clearly false advertising and are ultimately making the customers take the fall for it. I am not merely disputing over a couple of cents here, rather, the complete irreverence these employees had for their«customers». I will never step foot in this wretched establishment again.

I always go to this Starbucks because it’s near my home. It has big parking lot. Since it’s near the entrance to highway, so the route is a little bit confusing.

MUCH better than that Starbucks in Target. They were friendly at such an early time in the morning. Line was long but it moved fast. Oh, and they were well stocked with breakfast items. I’m a fan of right turns going to work but I’ll make a left turn going into this Starbucks in the shopping center.

Standard Starbucks. I asked for a specialty, super-complicated drink, and used a Birthday reward on it, and they turned it out with no problems. At around 3 pm, they also still had some of the Greek Yogurt & Honey Parfaits that I love, so I grabbed one for breakfast the next morning. A lot of locations will be out of those by 9:15 am, so it felt like I struck gold. A few tables up front and some outside as well. I don’t think this would be a quick location to get in and out of in the morning, though, given that the parking is set quite far back and the line was seven deep at 3 pm on a weekday.
