Those stars are directed to that Wanda the screaming manager. Was in there at 6 am and only to hear her scream at the team. It my fav Bucks stop seeing that the team there is just great and welcoming. Wanda does not fit the Starbucks culture.

I love Starbucks coffee and I drink it everyday. Sometimes I order the flat white because of its rich and soft taste. I never tried Starbucks at Fair Oaks Mall before. Today I had the flat white at that location and it was terrible! The worst coffee ever, and the service was really bad.

Always busy. Plenty of public mall seating. You get through the line fast enough. No complaints.

This location is ALWAYS busy. The line is always super long, some days I can put up with it. Regardless they are super quick when it comes to ringing people up. Everytime I visit this location my orders are made correctly and delivered in a timely fashion.

Worst customer service ever. I know its very busy on weekends and especially during the happy hour but it doesn’t mean that they can be rude to their customers. I’ve been here countless times since it is the only starbucks in the mall and I always go to Fair Oaks Mall when I need to shop. I’ve noticed sometimes that they’re somewhat rude to customers(it wasn’t me those times) but today it was me. I ordered two frappuccino this afternoon. The cashier lady looked like she was having a bad day or something and seem angry. She frowned all the time I was ordering and I was very uncomfortable with that already. Anyways, after ordering I was going to pay with my starbucks card but I remembered that I don’t have enough balance. So I told the cashier that I would like to reload the card for $ 15 and then pay with it and the cashier said«it would be much better if you told that first» in a very disrespectful way. I know it would be easier for her but I just noticed that after I ordered and it is not like a rule in starbucks that I have to tell the cashier first to reload the card before making any order. I am very disappointed and considering to switch to another coffee company even though I am a gold card holder at starbucks. I also heard someone else complaining about her attitude while waiting for the drinks so i guess it wasn’t only me who was mistreated by the cashier lady today.

This Starbucks is on the lower level nearest the Sears department store across from EXPRESS, Mac(makeup & computer), and Bebe. The line is always long, but today I ran in 2 stores real quick, came back and the line dwindled down. I’m not a coffee drinker, so I only come to Starbucks for the banana nut bread which is always tasty. I don’t have any complaints, so 5 stars they shall get.

Friendly efficient service but they were out of the Veterans Day gift cards they were advertising. The manager on duty was very helpful in trying to find one for me though.

Starbucks inside the Fair Lakes Mall. Petty much a standard Starbucks. Nothing to rave or complain about.

This Starbucks is located in the middle of the lower level of the Fair Oaks Mall. The worst part about this location is the ever-present, crazy long line. But have no fear, the employees seem to have a good system in place that keeps things moving. After getting through the long line, there tends to be a crowd to pick up drinks. However, they say your name/order loud enough to be heard if you’re like me(taking a few steps AWAY from the madness). They have an abundance of tables/chairs to sit back and relax with your drink before getting back to shopping.

As a veteran partner(left in 2009), I give major kudos to anyone working in a kiosk Starbucks in the middle of a crazy mall who is able to keep a sense of humor, maintain their sanity, and have a great attitude. Our cashier was helpful and courteous, and he surprised us by asking us «If you could be any animal in the world, what would you be?» Totally changed the monotony that normally is waiting in line and ordering my same-old-same-old. I hate going to the mall, and I think having this experience be my first interaction with a retail/food service person for this trip set the tone for the rest of the visit to the mall. The barista was in the zone, which I respect, but then came out of his shell when my friend asked him the same question, to which he smiled and said, «A lion.» Oh, our responses: Platypus and giraffe.

This Starbucks is in the middle of the mall. The best part is that it’s in front of Apple store and you can enjoy your coffee while leaching Apple’s free wi-fi. :) The lines can get extremely long though.

Good location in Fair Oaks mall. As such, it can get really busy with long lines and 10 to 15 minute waits. And at holiday shopping time… forget it. Usually consistent on quality.

This Starbucks sits smack dab right in the center of the bottom level of Fair Oaks Mall. It’s a bit different than most mall-based Sbux — it’s an island in the middle of the mall. No walls, it looks more like a kiosk, but it is a full-fledged liquid crack dispensary. I’ve been here pretty much any time I end up in Fair Oaks Mall for any length of time. I’ve always gotten espresso drinks here — always uniformly good in that Starbucks way. The other day while I was in the Mall to visit the DMV, I was sorely in need of my caffeine fix for the day — not yet having indulged. The line was long, there was about 20 people or so in front of me, but I patiently waited my turn. When I got the the register, I ordered my first coffee evah at this location! BUT, they were re-brewing some fresh coffee, so I got my cup O’ Grande coffee for free! Mmmmmmmmmm! There is plenty of seating behind the kiosk area to enjoy your coffee — although I can never tell who is actually a paying Starbucks customer and who is just lazy shoppers.
