This company is overall my go to plumbing business, they did a couple things in my house like remoled my kitchen and bathroom for a decent price. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a great plumbing service. Don’t hesitate to call them and you won’t regret giving them a try. I hardly give five stars to any business, but this company deserves more than 5.

I had problems with my plumbing in the entire house. Other plumbers tried to fix the leaks and were not successful. Plumbing and Bath Plus quickly responded and fixed everything and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing problems. they were efficient and professional with reasonable fair pricing.

This is the most outrageously slick, fraudulent, charlatan-​filled operation you will ever encounter. STAY AWAY!!! We had the handle of a toilet valve come off as my husband tried to turn it. Because my husband could not find the number of our very honest and good plumber of the past 20 years, he called these guys. They charged $ 1500 to fix the valve — a 10-​minute and $ 10 part job — and insisted, fraudulently, that we also needed to replace several other valves. Worse yet, after they left, we realized that the work they had done had caused a shower to clog and stop working! When we called about the shower, they claimed it was unrelated (worked before they came, didn’t work when they left) and refused to fix it unless we paid them again. Thus, our old plumber spent two days at our house fixing that issue, including driving to several counties on his own time to find the outdated part he needed, and charged us just $ 300, for which PBP has refused to reimburse us. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. When we most recently called to ask for reparation, they admitted that they had «uphold» (i.e. cheated) us, but refused to do anything about it. We are in the process of filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the State AG, and Visa. This company should not be allowed to do business.
