Online order– took my money and then told me the wait was 1.5 hours! Regular order– not extensive or too customized.
Called to cancel and they told me it would take 10 business days to return funds.
The pizza better be hot when delivered. Never again– too many places to choose from to deal with such poor service.

Walked in and you can immediately tell this place is Dirty. Unprofessional workers. We asked about the new pizza and he gave us look like he was lost. Uneducated about the pizza they are selling.
Not cheap either. Goto papa Johns or Pisano instead.

I always order from this Pizza Hut, they got my order wrong once but they sent me a new one. The options seem a bit more limiting now. Sometimes it takes an hour but it informs me on the site I order it from, so I guess I can’t complain about that.

I came to Pizza Hut this particular day instead of having it delivered. They are quick when it comes to delivery but I did not expect to go in an have to wait almost 35 minutes for three items. I am watching people come in to place orders and leave. They finally realize that they made my pizza and sent it out with another order. I appreciated the kind young man at the counter. His professionalism and pleasant demeanor made up for the mishap. Next time I will just call for delivery

Again, I don’t know why the reviews are so low … Great place and great pizza on the fly and I pick mine up. Everything is always as ordered and fresh! The employees are accommodating and professional … What’s the problem … Maybe the customers!

This past weekend my boyfriend and I went to pick up a pizza and we wanted to split the bill. The worker at the register was this obnoxious, big mouth, high schooler and he starts ranting and basically yelling at us for wanting to split the bill. After yelling about it for a little while he finally asked how much we wanted to split it up and when I responded with, «whatever is half», he yells «I don’t know what half is, I’m not that smart». If a manager can see this I highly suggest firing this man. He obviously doesn’t understand how customer service works and you all just lost a customer from it. It was rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional.

There was a long black hair in my pizza. Enough said. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Pizza was delivered cold.
This is actually the second (and last) time I ordered pizza from here. First time it took almost 2.5 hours for my pizza to be delivered and arrived cold.

Can i give zero stars? Over an hour to get a cold pizza delivered? I live 2 mins away. Called up after an hour and the manager sounded like he was in high or in high school or worse. Terrible customer service. Asked for a discount — and was denied almost made fun of. «oh dont worry your pizza will be there soon.» You should realize your best customers are the ones that live closest to your locations. Never again. #byefelicia

They can’t even get your order right when you walk in and place it in person. As a result I’m now late to work. The manager apologized and offered to remake the order. They had no other orders at the time and no reason to rush. Just plain old laziness in my opinion.

Absolutely terrible. This place continuously messes up orders. We ordered one Vegetarian pizza without olives & one half cheese half Italian Sausage. They ended up making two Hawaiians. Two other friends of mine have ordered from here and both ended up having their orders messed up too. We decided to take a chance today but that was a horrendous mistake. Customer service is crap too. Don’t come here.

Three times we have given them chances. Three times this particular pizza hut has delivered with the wrong toppings and late. The second time they offered an «I’m sorry» pizza, and it arrived an hour late. You get no more chances, awful Pizza Hut.

The long version:
Let me just start off by saying I gave this place several chances. Several.
I placed an online pre-​order at 6:30 for a 7:30 pizza so my husband and I could enjoy dinner when he got home from work. When I checked the clock wondering where our pizza was, it was already 7:50, twenty minutes late.
I called the store to ask where our food was. We were told by one of the employees that our food would be there very shortly, so we hung up and waited. About five minutes later, the delivery driver got here with our pizzas. We were pretty irate, but we were more hungry than anything else. So we sat down, opened the box of pizza, and went to eat dinner.
I immediately noticed one of my pizzas was missing the spinach. Oh well, dinner rush. Stuff happens, right?
Then I bit into the pizza. Cold. Not even lukewarm, cold.
I was livid. See, I had already given this place a few chances before, but it doesn’t really help their case that last time their pizza was late, it was TWO HOURS late. Our «I’m sorry» pizza came an hour and a half after speaking with the manager.
So I called the store back again. They offered a $ 15 store credit. I informed the employee that I didn’t plan on ordering from the Pizza Hut again so store credit wouldn’t do me any good. The employee told me his manager said the best they could offer was a full refund in store credit.
I asked to speak with the manager. He asked me what the problem was, so I informed him our pizza was late, cold, and was missing a topping. He told me one of the employees had called to say they were out of spinach. I got no such call and the only correspondence we had was the email confirmation saying our delivery was to arrive at 7:30. I requested a full refund, but he kept offering store credit.
I insisted I receive a full refund. As I had paid in cash, I was fulling expecting my cash back. He put me on hold and later came back saying he could indeed refund me in cash, but I’d have to wait for one of his drivers to turn around. I told him that was fine and the phone call ended.
30 seconds later I got a phone call from him again, saying it would be easier to get a credit to my debit card. Okay, sounds perfectly reasonable. He tells me the amount to be refunded was $ 21.XX. I told him that, no, the full amount was $ 33.16 and I would be expecting the full refund. He tells me the $ 33.16 was for the pizza, the brownie, and the delivery fee.
Yeah, I had about enough of it, so I replied that I expected a full refund of everything– the food, the delivery fee, and the tax. He sighed and told me the delivery driver would be back in 20 minutes or less, but he couldn’t guarantee it because they only have two delivery drivers. Two delivery drivers? For this whole area? Are you kidding me?
As of now, I’m waiting for the guy to come back with my cash and preheating the oven so I can at least halfway enjoy a pizza that got here 35 minutes late missing a topping that I was supposedly informed about. It’s been about 20 minutes. I’ll give them five more, but if the driver doesn’t get back here with my cash, I fully plan on calling the manager again.
EDIT: The managed called after 20 minutes to tell me a driver was on their way with my refund. They arrived after 40 more minutes. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again.

The «pizza» I just got was disgusting and the worst I ever had. I took about two to three bites before throwing it out. Plus, it was barely cut.

Took over 1.5 hours for delivery and pizza showed up almost cold… called manager to get an explanation… he stated they decided to handle carry out orders first and that delivery was not a priority. He offered a 1 discount.
Will never order from here again

While pizza hut’s food as a whole is just fine for that pizza or wings fix, this location has been terrible when it comes to customer service both times I’ve ordered (one on a weeknight, one on a weekend). The online system doesn’t give you an estimated delivery quote until after you order, so the first time I went there I was SHOCKED that it quoted a two hour delivery time. We called to change our order to carry-​out as we were told it’d only be 25 minutes. This order ended up taking 50 minutes to be ready, so we stood in the lobby for an extra 25 minutes than originally quoted. When we asked about our food we were brushed off with a «we’re very busy so please be patient.»
The second time we ordered delivery (thought the first issue was just due to an understaffing fluke), the wait time was even longer! We attempted for 30 minutes to call and change our order to pick-​up but no one answered the phone. So, in order to ensure we weren’t charged for the order since we didn’t want to wait 2.5 hours, we drove over. There were 2 people in the whole place. The phone was ringing off the hook and I never once heard it stop or heard anyone pick it up. The manager was there and ignored us as we attempted to get his attention to issue our refund. The only positive is that, after 15 minutes, they didn’t hesitate to cancel our order. Will never be going to this location again.

I will never call this place anymore. Very very bad service. Not friendly staff AT ALL!!! Please don’t waste your time calling or even for carrying out.

I typically don’t get Pizza Hut but I had a craving and their commercial for the $ 10 box dinner called my name. DELICIOUS. Friendly service when I walked in, hot and ready, they even threw in an extra sauce for free. Very satisfied!

Incompetent fuckwads.
Once every six months I crave a thin crust pizza from Pizza Hut. When done right, awesome. Unfortunately, 75% of the time you order delivery from Pizza Hut, it comes late, cold, and stale. This was one of those times.
Placed on hold for 7 minutes, told the delivery time would be 30 – 45 minutes, at the hour mark I called again (on hold, again, for 7 minutes), pizza arrived cold and stale at the 1 hour 29 minute mark, called to ask for a refund, placed on hold for 6 minutes, transferred to 3 different people over a 23 minute period, refund never showed on my bank statement.
Ugh. Never again.

Every once in a while I get this strong craving for a stuffed crust pizza from ‘The Hut’. And when that happens, I can’t really say no.
Luckily, I have never had a bad experience from this location as so many others seem to have. My orders have consistently been correct and relatively on time (~45mins for delivery).
Today I placed an order online for pick-​up. Probably for the first time ever; I always get delivery. However, the Pizza Hut website would not allow me to order delivery at 3:30 in the afternoon — even though their website says they deliver from 11am-​11pm/​12am daily. I didn’t check this further until after I got home, otherwise I would have called in my order. A tad annoying, but oh well. My order was in the heater waiting for me when I arrived. The gentleman handling my order took the pizza out and opened it up for me to check it out, which I appreciated very much. Paid for my order and off I went as he told me to have a nice evening, be safe & stay warm (it had been snowing the past few days). Friendly service — kudos to him!
