The two star thing is probably more about his incompetent staff than the doc himself. He did not however take time to explain my injuries to me — just wanted me to schedule surgery immediately. However his staff would not respond to numerous — NUMEROUS phone calls & faxes. I never heard back from them after leaving many many messages, so I decided to go see Dr Branch who is Dr Lovallo’s colleague. Dr. Branch took time to explain in more detail with the MRI’s & told me NOT to rush into ANY surgery — to exhaust all efforts. SO I had Dr Ochiai that suggested a knee replacement to Malek who suggested a «clean out» surgery to Dr Branch who said — lets try other things first. Still my knee was injured during an accident June 2014, a severe sprain & soft tissue injury that go worse because it wasn’t treated early on by Ouchie.
