First time I’ve ordered filet o fish for a long long while. It was a big disappointment. I understand the saying you get what you pay for, but barely half a slice of cheese on a sandwich is truly not Acceptable. Might as well ordered it without cheese and use my own cheese at home. And Speaking of cheese, McDonald’s changed their cheese now and doesn’t look that appetizing. Coloring is different too…

This is the only mcdonalds I have been to with crispy chicken and a warm bun on their McChickens! Most mcdonalds are not as crispy and juicy as the other ones but O am satisfied with this location!

I was horrified by the way that Mardeye literally screamed at Zeeshan in front of a long line none the less. She appeared to be a supervisor, but she did not seem able to keep her cool at all. Customer service is not for her. I will not be returning to this store as the manager, who was present, did not appear to be able to reign her in.

I’d give this location zero stars if I had to, but in order to write a review you need at least one star. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a young kid. Never dealt with any rudeness or anything here, but not until a last couple of months where I had ate here quite often that the drive through’s always get my order wrong! Which cause me to waste gas & time to drive back and wait at the drive through line again. When ordering nuggets, they now ask you if you want sauce and if so, how many and what type. I told the guy 2BBQ sauce, when receiving my order I noticed there was no sauce at all!!! This had not only happened once but many, many other times too! Also, one time I had asked the lady at the 1st window if she could grab me BBQ sauce so I wouldn’t have to wait in line for the other cars in front of me and she said, go to the second window. Umm, you could easily went and got it for me, I mean there weren’t a single car behind me, and it takes less than 10 seconds. But nope, she’d rather stand there and stare at the white walls then to help me. When asking for a cup of water, the employees would stare at you as if you’re asking for free food or money! Seriously? Not to mention, the last time I was here I ordered a Southwest Salad, and the women who was taking my order spoke little to no English. I had trouble communicating with her. Every time I say Southwest Salad, she would either say she’s never heard of it, don’t know what it is, or keep saying crispy chicken sandwich. When receiving my order, the manager had to give it to me and made it seem like it was my fault that I ordered a «complicated meal.» They need to fix their customer service, and stop putting people who can’t speak English taking people’s orders.

This particular location has a slow amount of volume. It must be the shoot that drops the food for the drive thru window that has everyone spooked. I am not sure but I have even hated the coffee there. The ketchup is a little weird too when they did not have packets for everyone. So be careful to go when they are busy.

My husband’s office is near here and he every once in awhile stops in. Since he doesn’t have a Unilocal account, he wanted me to review that this was the best McDonald’s he’s been too. They’re so friendly, and service has always been on point for him(even late at night).

I went through the drive through with my family and ordered 2 adult meals, 2 double quarter pounders and 2 kids meals. The lady who took my order was very hurried and I had to repeat myself several times. I then paid for my food and the attendant tried to hand me the incorrect drinks. After a few minutes of explaining to him that I ordered a large diet coke and a regular diet coke, he finally gave me the correct drinks(I handed incorrect drinks back a couple of times — no ice, regular coke, etc). He then handed me the bags of food and I said«I didn’t get the chocolate milk for the kids.» He told me that it was in the kids meals. When I got home, I discovered that not only did I NOT have the chocolate milk I specifically asked for, they also did not give me one of the sandwiches I ordered. I called the store and they told me to come back and they would give me the food. I am not about to pile 3 kids BACK into the car to get a sandwich. I asked them to credit the food back to my card. The man I spoke to told me they could not do it unless it was in person. I said that did not work for me as that McDonalds is out of my way and I would not be going back there for a while. They told me there was nothing else they could do unless I came back. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. Is this truly their policy? To put the customer out of their way when you make a mistake? Not even to offer another alternative? To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. On top of that, the food I did receive was mediocre at best. Even for fast food.

They never get your order right, always check before you leave. the fries are oversalted and the food just tastes off. Has the meat in the big mac gotten smaller? for what McD charges these days a better bet is 5 guys at least they dont screw up the order and the food is better.

I lost what taste I still had for McDonalds when they were closed for months to remodel(which looks great, but I think they actually *lost* seating), so I’m only basing this on group breakfasts here. The hash browns and hot cakes are always safe — they’re McDonalds pancakes, so what you’d expect, but consistent over the years. My problem here is the service, which has really gone downhill. To the point where people who love McDonalds and the location for time-limited breakfasts are trying to figure out what their other options are. No complaints about cleanliness, but the service pace for what hardly amounts to real food bugs. It can take as long to wait in a not-ridiculous line, order, and wait for my hot cakes as it does to actually eat. Try to park on the Shell side of the parking lot, where the drive thru is served. On the side where the drive thru line extends, you may get stuck in your parking space.

Nothing too special about this McDonald’s. It’s definitely improved since they remodeled it. The service is moderate, and the food is, well, McDonald’s. The drive through is a bit inconvenient, even after they tried to improve it, but it’s just sort of an odd location.

Worst drive thru ever. It was taking them ten minutes to service one car. I had to get something quick because we were heading to Baltimore, and I had to detour to another drive-thru cause they were taking their sweet time. Ughhhh… Will avoid this one at all costs.
