Horrible customer service. Sized me wrong for my bra, this was after telling me they didn’t have my size in the store (I’m a 40H) didn’t even offer to order. They don’t talk or acknowledge you. As if plus size shopping isn’t hard enough, these women are sure to make your experience worse. Do yourself a favor, make the drive to the Reston town center location — they’re awesome.

I have received great customer service here. A year ago, in preparing for vacation, my friend and I were purchasing new wardrobes after weight losses. We received so much help. Their credit program and reward program really helped w/​o any hitches.
Employees still remember us even though we do not frequent the store as often. One in particular is a management employee, Ashley. She has always greeted us warmly, chatted and given us rundown on new items, sales currently as well as pointing out the options available i.e. ordering unavailable (in store) items – size or color or online only items – at the store, shipped to the store or home w/​o shipping fees. She is a great asset.
Timely returns are a breeze even if ordered online from the associated stores – Catherines and Sonsi. As to the store, there is great selection, a bit on the pricier side, for anywhere from casual to office to dressy or sexy lingerie. I really appreciate the upscale clothing the Lane Collection. Your options are so much more than just the bricks-​n-​mortar store yet with local, friendly staff!
So try it, ask the staff for assistance and supplement it w/​visits to the online website but ordering at the store. I believe you’ll be happy.

Clothing options are pretty decent, but can be oh-​so-​very expensive. $ 60 for a t-​shirt? I don’t think so.
This is a place where you should have a coupon when making purchases. They will let you use a coupon from your phone if it has a bar code & they can read the whole coupon (it worked on my iPhone).
Sales ladies can be helpful, but it seems they really come alive when you’re checking out & they want to up-​sell you.

I’ve gone to this particular store for years. I’ve found the staff to be very helpful and not at all pushy. They offer help, but if you decline, they don’t push. However, if you would like help, they’re more than happy to spend as much time as you need helping you.
The store generally has a pretty good selection. It is a little pricey, but I don’t have to worry about being able to find my size, which is worth it to me. Also, the clothes are well made, and will last for ages!
I get casual and work clothes here. They also have a great selection of bras, and they can professionally size you.

I walked in here with a friend the other day. The workers were so pushy. My friend felt pressured to try on clothes that she didn’t even like. I felt bad for her, because the people who worked there made me feel bad if she didn’t want to try something on…
The clothes are nice enough but they are so expensive. I wouldn’t spend $ 80 on a jacket that I could get at Old Navy. Meh.
