We were visiting the area and looking for lunch. We thought it was just OK. We would have rather gone to a Subway or better yet a Firehouse. They did not had a toaster so the cold subs were cold and they were limited on their hot subs.

If you come here, I recommend the Club Sub. However, customer service here blows. They serve old brown lettuce. Yuck. Luckily I asked for new ones and they went and got some. But wouldn’t recommend this place. Go drive further to fair lakes and get better sub and great customer service. Will not return to this location.

Love Jersey Mike’s! This particular location at 11199 Lee Highway is no different. Comfortable dining area, immaculate restrooms, delicious piled on meat sandwiches, a great selection of sodas, and Gatorades, and very fast & friendly staff. Jersey Mike’ never plays around with their Subs. So good! Speaking of Service: Moshe at this Jersey Mike’s is simply outstanding! Thorough, Fast, Friendly, and Helpful. If not already, this guy should be next in line to own his own Mike’s shop. You Rock Moshe! Thanks!

We ordered a Wrap, 3 Giant Subs, and some cookies for dinner last night. My wife enjoyed the Wrap, and my son and I enjoyed the Subs, and the cookies were tasty. The food quality was decent, taste and texture were good; we’ve had better but it was fine and we will probably be back for more. However, we will not likely become regulars. We ordered online, using a credit card, for pickup. The online ordering process is intuitive and well designed for clarity and ease of use. I like that it does not automatically save your credit card information unless you manually request that that info be saved in your account. For each item ordered, the online interface even provides a field where you can put in special notes, such as how to label the packaging for who that food belongs to, etc. — unfortunately, they completely ignore that field in this store. When I got to the store, they were still working on my order, which was fine since I got there pretty quickly. However, I did not see any labeling on the packaging as they assembled our first Sub, so I asked it they were going to do that. I was told that they do not label the packages, but would be willing to do so at my request. I suppose it is nice that they were willing to accommodate me, but what were they expecting — that were were supposed to unwrap every sandwich to try to figure out what it was and who it belongs to, and then hand out the unwrapped food? So after they agreed to label the sandwiches, they did not label the Wrap, and only labeled two of the three Giant Subs. Not only that, but the guy who was wrapping my Subs(while training the new guy) could not properly wrap the Giant Subs, so he asked(and I agreeably assented) to him cutting the Giants in half and wrapping each half separately. So, I had a wrap and 6 packages of subs that they were not planning on labeling unless I had requested it! Not only that, but in the end their«labeling» consisted of putting their menu number on it, so I had two«9’s» and two«12’s», one wrap, and one mystery. For those who are regular enough to have memorized their menu, that may be OK, but for the most part, who does that? When someone at your table asks you«What kind of Sub is that?», how many of you say«Oh, I got the ‘12’!»? Jersery Mike’s is fine for singles or couples, but if you are feeding more than that, go somewhere else. Otherwise, you’ll spend several minutes trying to figure out what you got and who ordered it, and hoping no fights ensue in the resulting confusion after one of your guests has already taken a bite out of the food actually ordered by another guest.

Very delicious sub spot! They have a large assortment of selections on their menu. I like the chicken philly steak on wheat. All subs come in two sizes currently at regular and giant. Of course I need a giant to fill my belly. Keeps me satisfied and full. They have nice baked goods as well. I wish they had more topping for the subs however.

I have never craved a sandwich until I discovered this place. I get the turkey sandwich«Mike’s Way» with pickles and it is incredible. The staff is always friendly, and the place is extremely clean. They also give out coupons every so often, but honestly I would probably come once a week regardless. We used to go elsewhere for lunch at work, but I am starting to get my coworkers hooked on this place. Huge sandwiches, lots of meat, and fair prices!

My sandwich was so huge and loaded with meat. I ordered a regular Italian with hot pepper relish. So good. I will definitely be coming back. I’ll probably get the mini sub though, I couldn’t finish the regular.

Food is always good. Service good and friendly. One big problem noticed today — the guy making the subs had on gloves but came over to do stuff on the register — didn’t take off his gloves at the register and then went back to handling food without changing gloves. Not cool. Mgmt should talk to them.

Tonight’s experience was extremely subpar. The staff there was very immature and lackadaisical. They were more interested in messing around than serving the customers. More importantly, there was a batch of brown, disgusting lettuce that they were using for their sandwiches. I asked if they had newer lettuce and they didn’t answer me. Suffice to say, most of us did not order any lettuce in our sandwiches. The other condiments in the bar were all thrown together and messy. I was not satisfied whatsoever tonight and hope that the one who did get lettuce don’t get sick.

Love Jersey Mike’s for their fresh medium rare roast beef and while this location is convenient and rarely has a line, the staff could use a little polish. It’s not that they’re rude or bad, but they’re not particularly friendly or efficient either. Seems like there is a lack of a strong manager to make them up their game above«adequate». In the end though as long as my sub is good, that’s all that matters.

I guess that I had forgotten that I did not like it the last time. IMHO save your money. The $ 8.46 sub was not worth it. For my money, go to Wegman’s or Fire House Subs for a better value in a sub.

Mmmmm let me just start by saying that I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s all around. I could marry the chipotle cheesesteak. Unfortunately, the staff at this particular location was so ridiculously unpleasant that I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I might just make the trip out to the fair lakes location rather than coming back here.

Best sub place that I have experiences in Fairfax so far. The cheesesteak was pretty good, the service was helpful and the bread was delicious. It actually gets 4 stars for Fairfax(man this is a food wasteland around… should have checkout the food scene before I bought a house, my bad) as it is by far the best sub shop in the area, but without a Fairfax curve it is a 3* place. They serve Pepsi… so thats a star off right there. still if I have to have a sub, I’m coming here, price was right and it was clean… If they add french fries and lemonade, I’ll give it 4 stars.

I consider this to be probably the best sub shop in the area. They have great customer service. Staff is always smiling, greet you at the counter and thank you for coming. Love the combination our your traditional cold cut subs and hot to order subs. They slice your meat when you order which is so much better than pre sliced meat. Really enjoy their hot subs. My favorite is there cheese steak… it is so delicious. You can also double your meat and cheese on any order. The traditional toppings is «mikes way» which is lettuce, tomatoes, onions and oil and vinegar with Italian seasonings. However, you can mix and match your toppings however you like.

There are many franchise sub shops popping up these days. I like to eat subs for lunch and frequent all of them. Jersey Mikes is off the hook awesome! Great sandwiches, simple delivery, fast service. They have a great bonus point program to earn free food and the catering is great. My kids want to live in Jersey Mike’s

I got a free sub here when I signed up for their birthday club online. The only thing you have to remember is that you can only use it on your birthday. However, no one checked when I used it to make sure it really was my birthday. Anyway, this place had very friendly and helpful staff. Since neither my husband or I had been here we asked what we should ordered. My husband got one of the cheesesteak subs and I got the club. I made sure to have mine the Mike’s way and loved it! The regular size sub is pretty decent size. If you want anything extra they sell chips, giant pickles, and cookies. I did get a cookie. They are on the smaller side but very good. Another thing to add that I thought was really cool was the fact the meat was deli sliced in front of me. I have never saw this any other sub shop so I give them more points.
