Baskin-Robbins

As you’d expect. Nice people, open for your late evening snacks, and lots of ice cream. Ran out of all the waffle cones, except for the chocolate dipped ones and the facility could have definitely been a little cleaner.

It’s no secret that I LOVE LOVE LOVE ice cream, it’s a passion and I’m very discerning about flavors and quality. Baskin-​Robbins delivers. The ice cream is good and tastes natural (as opposed to made with artificial flavors). The staff at this Burke B-​R is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well maintained. They have a vast array of flavors (could it be 33?) as well as soft serve, sherbet, and sorbet.

Love this place, my favorite go to, when I am not in the frozen yogurt mood!

Growing up my favorite dessert of all time, hands down was ice cream. I still love ice cream now but I lost my sweet tooth sometime down the road. It still comes back to visit from time to time and Baskin-​Robbins begins to call my name.
The real reason I came here was because I needed a birthday cake for my boyfriend on Wednesday and on monday I called in a order for cookies N’ Cream ice cream cake (my bf’s favorite). I also wanted a picture on the cake of when he was a little boy… so last minute. The woman that owns the store took my order and she was super sweet and took every detail and got me my cake on time! I was so thankful, I almost thought I wouldn’t be able to get it but Baskin-​Robbins did a wonderful job!
I heard these are new owners and they were so upbeat and friendly! They were so great that I ordered another cake for this saturday and I’m going to be so excited to see the outcome! I will make a trip to this particular Baskin Robbins just because this place is so clean, friendly, and great with customer service! I will be back soon!

I attended a Grand Re-​opening event for this location during the halloween weekend– apparently, they switched over owners to this very nice couple (so I guess those previous reviews about a mean owner are no longer relevant!)
Although Baskin Robbins usually isn’t a destination, because of the friendliness of the staff, I might end up making it one!
During the Grand Re-​opening party they had a DJ playing music outside the store, a face paitner, a costume contest for kids, a spinning wheel, and a balloon animal maker. I think that the care that went into this party is certainly the level of care the new owners will put into their shop– and that’s enough for me to keep coming back!
On an earlier occasion, I special ordered a Princess themed birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday and it turned out amazing. What really stood out to me was that they didn’t have Princess toys on stock and I had ordered it last minute, so instead of turning me down, the new owner went out on her own to find me the matching princess dolls for the cake! I thought it was very considerate, and definately a move to keep me loyal to this particular branch.
Oh and ps– Coldstone is overrated. I would still choose Baskin Robbins anyday =)

I was immediately put off by the owner who yelled at a child to not touch one of the store displays. He went on to be very rude with other customers as if the place had a line out the door, which it didn’t. This shop is good if you like hard ice cream due to its selection, but otherwise I would hit Dairy Queen or any other shop.

a commercialized ice cream chain that is past its prime. Go next door and get McDonalds the shakes taste better and are cheaper too.
Relatively poor mannered staff, but a large selection of flavors. I guess I am spoiled by good ice cream in Dayton
