McDonald’s

This was a McDonald’s that had a convenient location, but is now closed, per the paper over the windows and sign redirecting to the recently renovated McDonald’s at University Mall. Service lagged behind the other locations nearby, and with no drive thru, I am not surprised that this location closed. It was handy when shopping at Safeway or Rite Aid, or when picking up a child from music lessons or karate, but it was below average in terms of friendliness of staff and willingness to accommodate special requests with correct orders delivered. The free Wi-​Fi will be missed as that was the only location in Twinbrooke Center with decent free coverage, not a deal breaker, though came in handy not to have to tether two or three iPads to my phone.

I went here with my family to get the Nats scored six nuggets
After the machine wouldn’t work the cashier refused to input the codes manually
After ordering our additional food and coming home they had left out one of our sandwiches
I recommend going to the one a short way away on Burke lake road
I think this is a terrible representation of McDonald’s and I will never go there again

Food is ok. What you would expect at McDonald’s. But the restaurant is small and always seems to be dirty. Floors aren’t swept, tables are frequently messy and the bathrooms are usually pretty filthy.

I live across the street from this McDonalds. The staff have always been exceptionally professional and precise. The food is always made to order. Its fresh and well prepared. Its essentially the best McDonalds in the area. A great fall back when you need a fast bite.
