If negative stars were a possibility they would be a –10. DO NOT let your child rent from this company. DO NOT sign their lease. This is a predatory company looking to take advantage of what we know to be organizationally challenged college kids. Granted they need to learn responsibility but not through a predatory business driving their bottom line through ludicrous fees. They make it as difficult as possible for a student to pay their rent (with more ludicrous fees) and then stress them to no end on money. NEVER, NEVER do business with this company.
