It’s convenient if you’re touring the USAF museum. That’s about all this place has going for it. It’s set up cafeteria-style, and the food quality is what you’ll probably remember from your middle school cafeteria lunches. It fills a hole, that’s about it.

The Valkyrie Café is a cafeteria style food venue located on the second floor of the museum. It’s very clean looking and well maintained. You will find a limited number of items here but what they have is pretty decent. Again, think cafeteria type food. They have a small deli where you can have someone custom make your sandwich from I believe 11a to 2 p. They also have a number of wraps, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, onion rings, chips, soups and chili all pre-made and ready to eat. They also offer coffee, sodas, bottled waters etc. Between my uncle and I, we got 2 double cheeseburgers(VG), 2 onion rings(good), a small chili(VG) and a soda and coffee — our bill? ~ $ 18, so prices were not too outrageous for what all we got and the quality of the food. The employees were friendly and the place was clean so no complaints here. If you are looking for a break from the airplanes and you aren’t too picky, this will be worth stopping in for a bite when you are at the museum. Their menu is listed on their website…
