Came in for a crispy chicken salad to go. Girl behind the countered looked at me like I was disturbing her. It took almost 10 minutes to cook a precooked piece of chicken, cut it into pieces and put it on a pre-​made salad. Other Arbys take 3 minutes, tops. Judging by the other reviews, this franchise is in trouble and for good reason.

Bad, even for Arby’s. Came here for lunch this week and they were out of curly fries. Yes, an Arby’s ran out of curly fries. Yes, they are the best fry and thus should sell quickly, but I did not know that could happen. Shameful.

I can’t agree with any of the other comments left about in this place. My coworkers and I usually go this Arby’s for lunch and normally the food is OK. Until we went about two weeks ago. I took a bite of my sandwich, put it down and noticed a hair in my food. I pulled the hair out and it had a lice egg on it. Needless to say we won’t be eating at this location again. I called the store to complain, they gave me corporates number. Called them and left a message and still to this date have not received a call back. I don’t want my food replaced or my money back, all I want is for acknowledge their mistake.

We have continued to patronize this Arby’s location and have had surprisingly very consistent food and service. The employees have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant. Haven’t ever waited too long for the food, and it has always been delicious. Way to go, guys!

This is one of the nicest Arby’s I’ve been to. The atmosphere feels a little more like a sit-​down place than a fast food joint. The staff is friendly and will bring you your food after ordering. And of course, the food! It has always been fresh in the 20-​odd times I’ve eaten here. I’m very impressed. The curly fries with the cheese sauce is fantastic!
