Subway

Just like everyone else has been saying. I’ve been here at least three separate occasions and on every one I’ve either been hipped on the toppings, given rude to no service at all, refused their own coupons, or a combination of the three. I don’t know how they’ve been in business for over 10 years but I think it’s time Subway headquarters start hearing about this pockmark of a franchise, marring their good name. This one and the one on Greenback and Hazel must be run by two of the same family because they hold the same ethics.

I just brought a footlong turkey with a small broccoli cheddar soup. They are very stingy with the ingredients in the sandwich and the soup was just halfway full. They just heated up the soup and put it in very messy and sloppy and they did not toast my sandwich for long leaving it cold. The soup is also bland which makes me think they watered it down to save money. The owners here and at every subway location are penny punchers and it has become a JOKE. Do yourself a favor and go to mr. pickles. They are so much better. I will never come back and it’s a shame because this place wasnt busy at all at the lunch hour and now I know why.

Always friendly and personable. Clean and fresh. Lost my phone there recently and they followed up.

I went to this subway on Thursday. I ordered my sandwich and asked for sourdough. The lady reconfirmed the bread. When it came time to pay, i was owed 93 cents change. She handed me 90 cents and said there were no pennies. It is only 3 cents but she should have given me 95 cents. I left and when i got home the sandwich had the wrong bread. Too bad for them, they lost a customer fot only 3 pennies.

The franchise owner is continually breaking the law refusing to redeem gift cards that have a remaining balance of less than 10 dollars. This is downright illegal in California. She advises her staff to tell the customer it is not possible because of their machines won’t compute the transaction and that her register would be short if she gave the change… I refuse to return here to eat this filth. All of the staff here is rude inconsiderate and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and drive to sub depot or mr pickles on sunrise. Avoid this slop house like the plague !

i was really upset with the service i recieved here.
i ordered four sandwiches but because there were so many people in line they didnt seem to care to charge me properly. i was charged wrongly and paid 35 $ in my transaction i paid for 4 bags of chips. 2 seperately and 2 included on meal combo charges. then i was charged 2 $ each for kids meals to include them apples and milk. this girl doesnt know how to use the register and says to me OH your getting chips instead of apples? i respond what do you mean you charged me for FOUR chips AND apples she says no its just substituting im beyond frustrated and end up leaving because they keep rushing me to get out because theres such a long line. i get to the park where im bringing lunch for my daughter best friend and son and she over charged me. not only that but its too hot in there. they only have three types of cheeses. NOT EVEN PEPPER JACK … -.- i live over in carmichael and its nothing pretty compared to that areas shopping center. id rather go to the one on fair oaks by sunrise any day over this!!! ridiculous. they were so concerned with service the man next to me when she couldnt even work the computer… RIDICULOUS

Won’t go to this place again. I’ve gone here twice, in hopes my experience would be a better one. It wasn’t. The girl making my pizza put almost no toppings on it, and barely said anything to me the entire time I was there. I was the only one in the restaurant, and she made it clear that she wasn’t excited to help me.

Very impressive costumer service, the store was very clean and elegant. The food was good was quite superb. This is the best subway I have ever entered, they treated me like royalty and I enjoyed my visit. Will come again!

What is up with some Subways? Visited this place because we had had a great morning flatbread sandwich at another Subway. When we went to order, we were told, they don’t have small flat breads. Really? Then why are they on the menu? All the other Subways just cut a 6″ flatbread in half.
Cheap, cheap, cheap.
To many good Subways out there are hurt by this kind of nonsense. Oh well, still a fan of Subway, just not this one. Now, I guess I owe Subway, a good review, so I better get typing!

asked for extra spinach and they gave me a little more then i told them to treat it like the lettuce and she basically refused. didn’t even say something like it will be extra. also we got a sandwich for my friends kid and asked for tomato lettuce and olive on the sandwich and they put 3 olives on the sandwich, we asked them for more and they put 3 more olives on the sandwich.
I see two problems first Spinach is as cheap or cheaper than lettuce. second if all you want is lettuce tomato and olive you probably want a fair amount of all 3.
I don’t have problems at other subways. the reason I go to subway is because they load up the veggies.
